I don't understand the bad reviews, i currently live in one of there apartments for a year now and they are always helpful. The move in process was so easy and smooth, nothing confusing and answered every question I had. The Unit was in good shape when I moved in. A few minor things i found and that they fixed right away! You can book any maintenance online through the portal and pick a time that works! The maintenance guy is great, on top of everything and very friendly, he likes to chat and very personable!. I love the online portal, so many ways to pay, the apartments are affordable and iv had near zero issues with communication, Star is great and on top of everything and always answers questions, I will continue to rent here, it really feels like home! Thank you CPM !!

An absolutely amazing professional team who worked endlessly to help us find the perfect property for our business venture and expansion. I hired crown to manage my property in Richland and they have done an amazing job the were on top of marketing very quickly and their screening process is very thorough Stacy who I work and she is good at getting back to me with any questions I have or concerns there was a maintenance issue that came up and I was notified right away and the issue was fixed very quickly they got me amazing tenants I have nothing but good things to say about them and i highly recommend them I’m actually looking to buy another investment because they do such a great job and having a solid property management team is very important and crown conducts buisness very well

Never renting from these people again. Very predatory. They don't give a damn about you, they only care about getting their money and charging you for ridiculous things. They charged me for a shower head that was already in the apartment when I moved in. Their accountant will refuse Payments if it's not the exact amount requested. They are snakes. Don't rent from this company if possible.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Crown Property Management is a masterclass in professional negligence and cowardice. They operate like a ghost company, ignoring legitimate complaints from neighbors while letting their properties fall into complete disrepair. Their "maintenance" protocol is a joke—they refuse to send actual professionals to fix mounting issues, instead demanding pictures as if a JPEG is going to fix a structural problem. When held accountable for their laziness, their solution isn't to do their jobs; it’s to block your phone number like a child hiding from a problem. It’s not just the neighbors they’re failing; even their own tenants are vocal about the neglect, yet the management remains' completely indifferent. They are parasitic, irresponsible, and have zero respect for the community they operate in. Avoid dealing with them at all costs—they’re only interested in collecting checks, not maintaining a livable or respectful environment.
