I’ve lived in Westheimer Lakes for almost 6 years. Let’s be honest living in a HOA can be frustrating at times. But I as a realist understand that we all are investing significantly in our homes and communities. But I didn’t come here for that I came here to give Daila and Carmen their flowers. There has not been a time I’ve gone in that they were not respectful and engaged. It can’t be an easy job to sit in a building all day to often get more complaints than that-a-boys. Well yall are great. Daila is delightful I talk the ears of the side of her head when I come in and when I need to reach out to Carmen she’s always been prompt, helpful and respectful. I work in a customer service driven industry every day. I recognize you and tell you both you are great!

I recently contacted Crest Management regarding a notice from my HOA, and Dahlia was extremely helpful. She patiently explained the process, directed me to the right contact, and made the situation much easier to handle. I really appreciate her professionalism and friendly assistance.

Adriana and Ja'Lisa are two beautiful, sweet, and very caring young ladies. I absolutely love how they have made coming in to the Lake Olympia Marina such a warm and inviting place. They always have such beautiful smiles and very welcoming. AMAZING job ladies you are what everyone should be like. Great costumer service and you both go over and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. Thankbyou both for all that you do!

Excellent customer service. Neighborhood fitness center had AC issues & Lindsey was on top of it. Checked it out & called the repair contractor who fixed the issue in short order. And any other issues I’ve notified Lindsey & her team about have been remedied quickly. Makes the HOA dues more tolerable when issues are addressed so quickly. Thank you.
