I absolutely love everything about Lifetime CityCentre! Every class is such a joy, and the energy from the instructors is truly inspiring. Jared, our Studio Leader, doesn’t just lead the team — he genuinely cares about each member and instructor, making everyone feel supported and motivated. Every instructor I’ve met is amazing (too many great names to mention😁🤣♥️), bringing passion, positivity, and fun to every session. The Concierge Team is always so friendly and helpful, and Membership Concierge Leader, Fahad Alsammarraie, is simply outstanding — always going above and beyond, making sure every member feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Their dedication truly makes a difference in everyone’s experience💯 This gym isn’t just a place to work out — it’s a community full of warmth, encouragement, and inspiration. I honestly consider Lifetime CityCentre my second home. ✨🏠🤗

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Field Trip Experience – Kudos to an Amazing Team!Our field trip with Big Dreams Little Wonders Christian Academy to Life Time Fitness was an absolute success because of the incredible staff. Managing an energetic group of 5-to-12-year-olds is no small feat. This team went above and beyond to keep everyone safe, engaged, and smiling. Special shoutouts to the fantastic team members who made it happen: Michelle for her flawless coordination and welcoming leadership. Ani for her infectious, high-energy spirit with the kids. Antoine for keeping the activities structured, active, and fun. Braylen for making sure every single child felt included. Adam Z. for prioritizing safety while keeping spirits high. Lilly for her incredible patience and kindness with the little ones. They turned a standard field trip into a premium, high-energy experience. We cannot thank you all enough for your hard work and enthusiasm. We will definitely be back!

Vick is an amazing person and one of the reasons I enjoy coming to Lifetime. He always makes a point to say hello and genuinely makes members feel welcome. His attention to detail and positive attitude never go unnoticed. It’s clear he cares about what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Lifetime is lucky to have someone like Vick on the team.

I love lifetime this location is in the middle of all the cool spots in city centre. They kid care area is fantastic 2.5 hours of care anytime you go I do an hour work out then shower and go to the adult only pool. There is also a spa and beauty salon located inside so if you are like me and do have someone that can always watch your kids this place is it you can drop off and get your hair done or get a massage a facial they do lashes and nails. Such a fun place.

This is my home gym and I love the way it is always clean with friendly staffs. The front desk staffs are always welcoming and Leo, Kim and Michael are some rockstars. Would recommend this gym to anyone else
