- Best Pizza in Fulshear, TX: Pizzerias by Style, Dine-In or Delivery
The best pizza in Fulshear, TX comes from eight places in three clusters: New York-style pies and delivery on FM 359 downtown, sit-down pizza at Joe's Italian and The Local Spot on Cross Creek Bend Lane, and Woodstone pizzas at Local Table on South Fry Road. If you want one table-service pizza night, go to Pepperoni's or Local Table. If you need a pie at your door late, Domino's on FM 359 is typically open until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Fulshear has been feeding hungry people on a schedule for a long time. The City of Fulshear's own history says that when the passenger train made its daily noon stop, local women would hand basket lunches to the crew. Today the town that counted 716 residents in 2000 (and 16,856 at the 2020 census) gets its dinner from a strip of FM 359 where three pizza kitchens sit between the 8400 and 8500 blocks.
Fulshear's pizza row is a short stretch of FM 359, and one of its pizzerias puts halal pepperoni and plant-based pepperoni on the same menu.
How do we define Fulshear?
This guide sticks to Fulshear, not greater Katy. We include:
- Downtown Fulshear on FM 359, the old town around FM 359 and FM 1093, with its Fulshear 77441 addresses.
- Cross Creek Ranch's commercial strip on Cross Creek Bend Lane, which uses Fulshear addresses.
- The South Fry Road shopping center at 11525 S Fry Rd, which uses a Fulshear address.
- One FM 1463 store that its own company names as its Fulshear location, even though its mailing address says Katy. We flag it below.
Katy proper, Cinco Ranch, the Grand Parkway and Richmond are out of scope. For those, see our Katy pizza guide and the Richmond restaurant guide.
How we chose
We started from every pizza kitchen with a Fulshear address we could find, then kept only places whose own official website showed the Fulshear location as open in October 2026. Fulshear is a young dining town, so the list honestly includes national delivery chains alongside the local kitchens. We grouped them by style so you can pick by craving. One Fulshear pizzeria that opened on Fulshear Bend Drive was listed as temporarily closed on its company's own locator, so it isn't here.
Hours below come from each official site and are what's typical. They change, so check before you go. Nobody paid to be on this list.

New York style on FM 359
Pepperoni's (Fulshear)
Downtown Fulshear, 8510 FM 359 · dine-in, carryout and delivery
Pepperoni's is a Houston-area pizza company that says it started in 1990 and now runs more than 20 locations. It describes its pies as New York style, and it says its dough uses flour that is never bleached or bromated, with sauce made from DiNapoli brand tomatoes.
The menu is the most flexible in Fulshear. Pies come in 8-inch to 16-inch sizes plus a 10-inch gluten-free crust, and the topping list includes vegan cheese, plant-based pepperoni and halal pepperoni. That makes Pepperoni's in Fulshear the easiest single order for a mixed group.
What to order: the Italiano Texano (Italian sausage, red onions, jalapeños and goat cheese), a Texas twist on a sausage pie. Purists should get the New Yorker, which the menu sums up as lots of sauce, lots of cheese and lots of pepperoni. Add a bottle of the house Pepperoni's root beer.
Good to know: the Fulshear location page lists the address and phone, (281) 533-0000, but not the hours, so check before you go. Pepperoni's
Woodstone pizza and a cocktail
Local Table (Fulshear)
South Fry Road, 11525 S Fry Rd, Suite 101 · full-service restaurant and bar
Local Table is a locally owned, multi-location restaurant group. Its pizza section is headed Woodstone Pizzas, and it's the closest Fulshear gets to a grown-up pizza night: a full bar, a dining room, and a short list of pies you can switch to cauliflower crust for an extra charge.
What to order: the Prosciutto and Caramelized Pineapple, built on pesto with mozzarella, crushed red pepper and arugula. Or the Bianca, a white pie with house-made cream sauce, Italian sausage, chives and basil. Note that the pesto pies contain nuts.
Good to know: typically open from 11 a.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, when weekend brunch runs too. For the morning menu, see our Fulshear brunch guide. Local Table Fulshear
The Local Spot (Cross Creek)
Cross Creek Ranch, 6460 Cross Creek Bend Ln · casual bar and grill
The Local Spot is Local Table's more casual sister, and it describes itself as comfort food with a modern twist. Pizza sits on the menu next to burgers, wings and nachos, which makes it the easy answer when half the table wants pizza and half doesn't.
What to order: the Meatworks (seasonal meats, mozzarella, banana peppers, marinara and fresh basil) or the Spicy Buffalo, with shredded chicken, red onion and a buffalo and ranch drizzle. Kids can get a cheese pizza from the kids menu.
Good to know: typically open from 11 a.m. daily, until midnight on Friday and Saturday, which makes it one of Fulshear's later sit-down kitchens. The Local Spot
Italian-American, red-sauce style
Joe's Italian Restaurant
Cross Creek Ranch, 6627 W Cross Creek Bend Ln · sit-down Italian
Joe's calls itself a locally owned Italian restaurant serving fresh pizza, pasta and more. It's the pick when you want pizza as one part of a proper Italian-American dinner, with homemade pasta on the same table.
What to order: one of the specialty pizzas, which Joe's says come on a crispy crust. The Hawaiian is topped with Canadian bacon, pineapple, mozzarella and Parmesan. Get a pasta for the table so you can split both.
Good to know: typically open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Phone (281) 346-8525. Joe's Italian Restaurant
