I recently had the pleasure in staying at this SpringHill Suites in BrookHollow, Houston (2750 North Loop)for five days during our first visit to Houston, Texas, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience my daughter and I had. From the moment we walked through the doors, the front desk staff set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay. Their warm, welcoming, and professional service immediately made us feel at ease. Our experience was especially meaningful because things had not started out well. From when we first landed at the airport at IAH. But thanks to the staff our entire five-day stay was nothing short of amazing. Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and made us feel valued as guests. Their hospitality truly turned what could have been a disappointing trip into a memorable one. I truly appreciate them for going above and beyond. I gladly recommend SpringHill Suites to anyone visiting Houston, and I look forward in staying with them again in the future.

The hotel is ringed by floodlights which shine directly into the rooms. It is brighter at midnight than during the day, the photo attached was at 1am and the room was completely lit up. Unless you bring an eyemask, I wouldn’t stay here

This is the story of BUT.... I walked in the front lobby at about 2/3 AM, quiet, clean, big, but it smelled like someone just finished smoking marijuana...I dont care what you do on your time, but am sorry the entire lobby stunk like the devil's lettuce. I got my room, walked in and am like ok, this is a big room, clean, quiet, but why does it look like it is daytime at my window, thats because there is a spotlight shinning on the window, great...walk into the bathroom, big clean, but there seems to be something that resembles booger on the corner of the outside shower between the toilet and the shower pressure was atrocious....resting on the comfortable bed during the day and it was quiet but maintenance decided they needed to run a jackhammer or dig for gold in the room next door. If you have maintenance scheduled, don't book the rooms next door. The staff seemed nice enough except for the one at night that was obviously smoking on the job...

Loved the room (double queen with desk and couch), it gave plenty of space for my hubby and toddler and I. It definitely got hot even turning it down with the fan turned on and it was March. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Overall good.

Remodeled hotel. Very clean and nice rooms. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Not a great area but if you need to stay around this location, this hotel is a good choice.
