The pool is out of service - that's the biggest turn down for me. The reception stuff is not friendly. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The price is reasonable for the quality of the room through. I don't want to stay any longer than one night here. There are better options around, more affordable with friendlier staff at more convenient locations.

The room was clean and the shower was awesome. Both important features for me in a hotel room. However, I had never heard of a trundle bed ( and I hope that I never have the experience again) but it was very uncomfortable. The street noise kept us up most of the night. I won't go back.

Gave this location 2 stars because the experience just wasn't up to par. At check-in, the staff presentation was incredibly unprofessional. One employee was literally laying on a table behind the desk while another was sitting on it. Things didn't get much better once I got upstairs, as our room smelled strongly of cat urine. I over heard other guest in the elevators saying the same. ​On the positive side, the common areas were mostly clean (though the carpets are pretty badly stained), the gym is actually quite nice, and the location is great for local restaurants and getting to NASA JSC. But given the room odor and the front desk service, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Adequate is the way I would describe the hotel. It is better than average for the deal /price and met my needs, but my expectations were higher for the review rating. It was a busy hotel for the two nights we stayed there so that explains why the free beakfast was usually packed and why the elevators were sort of nasy with frequent coffee spills and splashes. The stay was Not the worst but &.Overall they tried to keep up with it but some people are sort of messy. Over all cleanlyness was in the range of 8 ish. The rooms were interesting and adequate but not my favorite configuration with the bath toilet set up but OK. The sofa wear was subtlety worn and noticeable to me another 8 of 10. The service was good and house keeping about the same. Parking got tight as the night went along. Another 8. The upside toward a 10 was it was close to several decent Scarfing establishment for a normal breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like the hotel for the price but don't over expect and imagine it to be a 9 lodging establishment. It is a very popular 8 max of 1-10 About a 3.5 to max high 3 or 4. Do if you get a good deal on pricing I recommend but dont expect excelence... it is a average + in my opinion and I got a good deal. Free parking, innerweb and gre breakfast help support my 8 rating.

This experience is with mixed emotions based on the fact that this place was close to Johnson Space Center, which was positive; however, waited close to 20 minutes for a front desk representative to show up upon arrival. Regardless of great customer interaction by front desk young gentlemen, the rooms only get cleaned once a week (as advised by staff), had to exchange towels at front desk ( which I did not mind), and toilet paper was not available. On the positives, breakfast was hot and coffee was very good!
