Our stay at the Houston Hobby Airport Marriott over the summer was fantastic overall. The rooms were clean and very well maintained, and the customer service, breakfast, and overall experience were excellent. This is truly a great hotel, and staff members like Lisa make it stand out even more. What is especially commendable is the support Lisa provided with our packages. Several packages were mistakenly delivered to the hotel over several months following our stay. Lisa kindly held them for us and assisted with getting them shipped, handling the situation with care, courtesy, and attention throughout the process. We sincerely appreciate the service we received and highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My stay experience was poor due to mishandling by housekeeping and lack of response from the front desk. Before check-out, some items of mine was removed from the refrigerator by the cleaning staff. I informed the front desk, but no action was taken and the issue was not resolved. This was disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards and accountability. I expect better coordination between housekeeping and front desk, as well as proper follow-up when guest belongings are involved.

Kevin and Maggie at the front desk made my stay extremely smooth and provided outstanding service. Considering my family was here for two days, this was perfect as it’s so close to the airport. The room was clean and I had no issues with getting new towels or sheets. I have no complaints.

There is no way to connect your tv to any streaming service. No welcome when you walk in. The employee here does not look happy and was not welcoming or informative. My room was super hot and it takes a long time for it to cool down. I went out to eat just to leave the room and let it cool down. I am here for two days and I already do not feel welcomed or comfortable.

First room smelled horrible, I was then given 2 single rooms and one of those also smelled horrible. The smell of mildew/mold when something gets wet and does not properly dry. I got sick and need to make sure it was not from mold. The 4th room was fine however the worker threatened my roommate of a smoking charge when she came inside from smoking because he could smell it. I do not smoke and would not allow it but was falsely charged 500 when he clearly seen the roommate going outside many times to smoke. They claimed they found tobacco and that was proof of smoking inside. So I guess a cigarette pack thrown in trash instead of the ground is also proof. FALSE! Total BS! I will never book Springhill or any other Marriott ever again. Totally ruined my Houston vacation.
