Oakwood at the Mirage

Tried living here. I moved from Albuquerque,NM with nothing but disappointment. My neighbors had to be the only good aspect to the condo. And after I sold the condo the HOA is still trying to charge me..?? This place is a complete hell hole

Do something about that tenants living there neglecting there dog!! Outside 24/7 with little to NO food in the heat and cold !!

If you wanna hear gunshots and fights, see garbage everywhere, have no access to a mailbox, and want to risk your apartment or car getting broken into, this is the place to live! Otherwise, don't move here. There are no positive qualities about this place.

Worst place you could ever go to in your life people get killed there and people and the police don't do nothing about it

Majority of the apartments are boarded up and vacant with an undesirable element about it. There are families there but there is also a lot of criminal activity
