Update: spoke with multiple other neighbors, and apparently this happened on a Friday night when the so-called security was supposed to be on duty I’ve seen the security on their phone on the first floor of the garage level multiple times while coming home even at super late hours. These car brakes were on the second and third floor so obviously no security was watching during the time. Absolutely unacceptable. 5 CARS broken into in ONE day. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. On a Saturday midday. Where is the actual security?? Tried to call the courtesy officer as well for the after hours, emergency line and NO pickup. One of these is a visitor of mine which is why I’m so upset. Not the first time I’ve seen vehicles broken into since moving in. I’ve seen about three others since I began my year lease last year in October. It has to be because the trash gates are left unlocked daily. Makes me feel unsafe. I haven’t had no other issues living here except the break ins, they are repeatedly making me uncomfortable. I understand that this isn’t something that is completely preventable, but there should be more security somewhere. Especially not understanding this happening if the leasing office was open all day today. I would have gone to them directly, but I got home right When they were closing. Please consider this before moving in here. Gates have been left open for days also from being broken.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live inside a leaf blower, this is the place for you. Why settle for peace and quiet when you can enjoy the soothing, daily symphony of landscaping crews revving engines at full volume every single day of a week? Consistency is key, and every single morning, they absolutely deliver. It’s honestly impressive how there are always leaves to blow, even when there are no leaves left. A true commitment to the craft. Working from home? Good luck. Trying to relax? Even better. Nothing says “luxury living” like the gentle hum of industrial grade equipment right outside your window… every single day. Highly recommended for anyone who hates silence and loves the sound of gas powered chaos. I cant wait for my lease to end.

I toured Midtown Arbor Place over the weekend with Michael Jones, and he was very professional and welcoming. He was knowledgeable about the property, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire tour experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. Location 10/10 Property was very clean 10/10!

I toured Midtown at Arbor Place this past weekend and had a great experience with Michael. I was honest about some concerns regarding the overall appearance of the property, and instead of being defensive, he handled it professionally and with confidence. He did a great job highlighting the character of the area and helping me see the community from a different perspective. He was knowledgeable, personable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Michael truly made the tour enjoyable and is definitely an asset to the team.

Went to tour here and LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE COMPLEX…. except for the fact that they are not willing to take preventative measures to protect their residents. The morning of our tour a resident came in to file a complaint about their car being broken into… IN THE PARKING GARAGE. When we asked the tour guide on what they planned to do about it , all they said was that they couldn’t prevent crime…. The least they could do is at least have another security guard SPECIFICALLY watching the garage. Such a shame really wanted to rent here but they are just going to accept the things that happen to their community and we’d rather not live in fear that we are next. It seems Break ins happen monthly…
