I have staying here on and off for the past few weeks. I can say that the hotel is currently under renovations which is not listed on any booking sites before booking. The pool is currently closed and has been for a week now. The breakfast has been the worst I have ever had. I have stayed in Marriotts, Hilton's, IHG and Hyatt's and this has been the worst. Cold coffee in the morning, swarming with flies. The Business Center or the hotel printer does not work. Was told by staff it hasn't worked in a while. The stays have been okay. I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my room door and housekeeping still entered! The location has the better rates so that is why we chose this place. You will be very close to the Hobby Airport and will see the planes take off but the hotel on the even room number side is very soundproof.

This place did not have a pack in play for my 8 month old. Also the floors in the room were sticky and dirty. The beds were clean and comfortable but that was the only thing that was ok. The breakfast was on the very low end of most Hampton inns. It’s most along the lines of a days inn

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The room are spacious and clean, it's close to downtown Houston, and there was free breakfast. With it being an airport hotel, you will hear the takeoff and landing of airplanes. This hotel is right next to the tarmac. You get what you paid for. It's a three-star hotel, so don't expect fancy amenities.

Good enough layover rest near Hobby for first flight out in the morning. Had to request room change due to persistently loud customers immediately next door. Staff was accommodating - moved to ground floor. At 3am (already up for flight) another customer loud talking on phone in hallway very near room. Accommodations were fine but fellow customers were not.

If I could use -5 stars I would doors were crusty the doors also looked like someone was trying to break it open. smells horrible in rooms not clean doors were also very dusty rust everywhere and someone had tried opening our door so make sure ur doors are completely shut and locked for your own good. office guy couldn't take cash or cashapp witch is weird and had little attitude just mostly annoyed. surrounding people are pretty loud. dont waste ur money here
