The general manager Jaime and his front desk assistant Kimberly were sublime with their level of care and customer service skills. I reserved 3 rooms and all of them were spotless and neat. The entire 3 day experience was a home away from home as they say. Breakfast was always ready, hot and fully stocked. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant. The amenities provided like the gym and pool were also very well taken care of and a great experience to enjoy after a long day of work. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and the hotel looked so new and was decorated very elegantly. The beds were so comfy and the linens and towels were silky soft. I will definitely return. Thank you!

TLDR at the end. Ok, y’all. My first online review ever. Today I’m breaking the long streak, and it’s because it’s THAT BAD. If you like snarky comments, discriminatory conduct, hostile stares, and surprise charges showing up on your bill even after confirming with the front desk supervisor, this is the place to be. During my stay, multiple staff members displayed the above behaviors when a problem arose. Their attitudes were so dismissive and unprofessional that I felt like I was in a satire TV show. From comments below, you will find out I am not the only one experiencing this. My original plan was to let it go instead of ranting on the internet. More concerning was the billing issue. On the day of checkout, I confirmed with the front desk supervisor that no additional charges that we discussed previously would occur. Despite this assurance, a charge was later posted after I had already left the property. It was obvious they know I could not come back to have it resolved. I also did not receive an updated receipt until I specifically asked about the charge. Finally, if you notice any paper-printed signs taped at the front desk during check-in that seem a bit unusual, you may want to take a closer look, as they are non-compliant with the law and are considered discriminatory conduct. EDITED on 3/10/2026 This is why the management’s response below is against the law: 1. Management mentioned “Service Animals ADA Certified”. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, there is no such thing as ADA certification for service animals. 2. Businesses cannot require documentation or certification for service animals under 28 CFR § 36.302(c)(6) and Texas Human Resources Code § 121.003. I also never claimed our animals were emotional support animals. They just assumed it. Quick assumptions and instant judgment are exactly why interacting with this management was SO frustrating. And to be clear, we did not “sneak in” our animals. When I booked the hotel through the Hilton app, I disclosed that we were traveling with animals. The app does not provide an option to specify the exact number of animals. I also checked in via a digital key (I do this often) so we did not have to stop by at the front desk. I even got a welcome message from front desk supervisor when I was already in the room, and I gave a 5/5 for my digital check-in experience. She responded “That's great to hear! Please let me know if I can be of further assistance!”. She did not mention anything about filling out a form for our animals, even though I put that on our reservation. TLDR: 1. The hotel management is non-compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Texas law by demanding a service animal certificate from all their guests. 2. The hotel management uses their business advantage to charge hotel guests after they leave the property for issues they do not want to resolve in person. 3. The hotel management handles situations at their property in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. Discriminatory behaviors with a big attitude. Simple.

We were put in a room next to where the housekeeping utilizes so no sleep overnight. Fox Entertainment is their idea of news. We were disturbed twice before 9 o’clock in the morning, wanting to know if we were still here and then by noon it has been twice more them calling up here to see if we’re here and then when I didn’t get to the phone fast enough they sent up somebody to knock on the door and disturb us again. If you’re here for rest, this is not the place to go.
