AREA Texas was introduced to me by my Dad. He worked with them for years on his properties and then connected me with them. Since then, I’ve had a great experience with AREA Texas Realty & Management, they’ve been professional, responsive, and I think they are one of the best property management companies in Houston. They respond quickly, resolve issues proactively, and provide a great property management experience that is very worth their affordable rates. One small piece of feedback to improve: since you sell homes too, it would be great to showcase some homes that you have for sale that could be great investments! You get more properties to manage, and investors can increase their portfolio - it is a win/win I’m looking forward to many more years of partnership!

AREA Texas has been great to work with in managing my rental home. They helped navigate some very difficult tenants. Kevin the owner had to step in and was very hands on, making himself accessible when needed, and providing guidance in some very tense situations. We were able to part ways with these tenants in a reasonable fashion. Shortly thereafter, AREA found some excellent tenants. Communication and completion of minor tenant issues was so easy, like it was on self-drive. When I was ready to take over the property for another endeavor, AREA made the process of communicating with the tenants, ending lease, and moving out headache free. I highly recommend this management company. They have been honest, transparent, timely, and have made managing rental property stress free.
