The most horrible experience ever made my first time home ower process a living nightmare very unprofessional lack of communication Delmy Altamirano made this process very difficult after signing papers, paying for fees and inspection she went silent on the last day a major waste of time and money avoid at all cost.

Thelma did a fantastic job for us! She helped me find and buy the perfect home in 2016. I wanted to live close to my father in Cinco Ranch and after looking at just a few houses somewhat close, Thelma called me about one that just came up in the same neighborhood as my dad. It wasn't even on the market yet, but she was able to hear about it and let me know immediately. Since then, I got married and we needed to sell my husband's house this past August. Thelma was there to handle everything and make our lives so much easier. It was a stressful time because me and my husband both had mortgages and we were in West Virginia for a temporary work assignment. Thelma was able to find buyers within weeks, and we thought it would take months. She answered our texts and calls with even the silliest of questions, no matter what time of time of day. I would HIGHLY recommend using Thelma to anyone.

Initially we didn't plan to use a realtor because we were planning to have a home built and planned to work with the builder directly. A friend highly suggested that I reach out to Thelma with Remax and we are happy that we did. Thelma was absolutely amazing to work with. She was our consultant through the whole process, liaison between the builder/mortgage/title companies (whom can be very intimidating). Her experience allowed us to understand what to expect pre/post construction. Attended meetings with the builder and mortgage company and this gave us the peace of mind through what could have been a stressful experience. Thelma gave us suggestions and even visited the home during the construction process to share updates. She was prompt with her responses and seemed always available with a smile you can hear through the phone. Even after the sale was completed I still reach out to her for clarification on "what's next/what should I expect" to ensure I do not pay for any unnecessary services. Here we are 3 months after we moved in and we still stay in touch. Thelma exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for exceptional service!

Thankful for REMAX and Thelma Yera!! We have known her for more than 10 years! Our first experience happened when she helped my parents buy their first home- they had only previously rented. After that, we stayed in contact with her throughout the years as we bought several properties, including my brother's first home and even my first home. Now she is currently helping my future husband and I buy the home we hope to move into when we are married. We consider Thelma part of our family. She is helpful, she communicates with us, gets us answers promptly for our questions, and helps make this whole process of buying a home seem easy.

Thelma did an amazing job finding us our forever home. She was always very professional and contiously worked to ensure we were informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Thelma for any of your real estate needs.
