I’ve had my home listed since beginning of January by Kelly Derouen with little marketing and no open house with this brokerage. Last weekend my realtor decided it was time to finally host an open house and rescheduled an hour and a half before it was supposed to start on Saturday to Sunday for being swamped. Then, on Sunday an hour and a half before, canceled again due to a friend’s husband passing away. I had people showing up to view my home with no one there. And when one of those people called she was told someone would call her back, but didn’t. Perhaps my listing isn’t their price point level, but my realtor could’ve said no instead of essentially hoping that a buyer’s agent would do the work and she could just collect the check. Five months of my time wasted.

Robin Baker went above and beyond providing us an unbelievable experience while looking for housing. As a real estate professional and new to Houston, I recommend Robin without reservation and would use her again in a red hot minute- excellent follow up, prompt, courteous, professional and an advocate for what we were looking for.

Ida lopez is unprofessional and rude. She was impressed when we texted, but after meeting she totally ghosted us. I don't know whether it was because we are black. She didn't even give us the chance to turn in an application. We had the money more than 10× their asking price. We have steady jobs and everything. After calling multiple times, she didn't respond. I do not recommend her.
