I was looking to make the jump from apartment living to a rental house, but was struggling to get responses to book tours. I happened to meet Stefani at a house tour I booked through Zillow and we hit it off! We knocked out about 8 house tours in one day (and a few others later in the week when my decision anxiety made me second guess my first choice). She offered great insight into the pros/cons of each house and visions for how to decorate/use the space. She is really good at understanding what you're looking for and helping you conceptualize the spaces according to your tastes/needs! Stephanie Patch helped my Son sell his home in Houston, Even though he lives out of state and I was also out of state much of the time she kept us constantly updated. She was extremely responsive to both potential buyers and to the two of us. She got a buyer in short order and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend her for sales or purchase, a hard worker.
