HAR has been a huge disappointment. They are supposed to be a resource but instead they are an obstacle and make a Realtor's job harder. They don't answer the phone and they provide zero support or resources. They are just a money grab. This is the current scam they are running... When you register for their classes they are supposed to send out a zoom link. Well they don't send the link and then your not able to log into the class and then they charge you $25 for missing the class they never sent you the link to. I've checked spam and the link isn't there either. I have complained to them MULTIPLE times about not receiving the link and their response was that "everyone else receives them" I've asked if they can post the link somewhere or include the link in the registration confirmation email and the said no. So I waste hundreds of dollars in dues for them to make my job harder. There is sooooo much room for improvement but they don't care to improve they just care about scamming you out of money and giving you nothing in return for your dues.

A CLOSER are the words I use to describe my Realtor Alysia Aylas. It has been an incredible experience since I met her. Had been looking into purchasing a home for over a year and things weren’t going well. Honestly it’s a good thing because I would have been a failure as a Home Buyer. Was prepared to purchase a nice 20 yr old home, no warranty, higher mortgage payment & higher percentage rate, not in the best area, last but not the least NO INCENTIVES. Alysia explained what was best for me and I ended up with a NEW HOME. I told her I can’t afford a new home she said “I believe you can.” And it happened It would have never happened without her. Without her guidance I would have made a bad decision and suffered. What sets her apart is she does Aftercare. The deal closed months ago however she’s still in the picture. Checks on me when the weather is bad in my area, answer questions, etc. because believe me there’s more to New Home Ownership than paying your mortgage. I’m very thankful for her she’s ELITE in her field. She knows how to deal with a Veteran. Job well done. 💯✅

I love this office. They have almost all of the amenities of the Central (main) office. And the huge classroom is top of the line. Not to mention, the staff is stellar!

Thankful for Alan! He made the experience of buying our first home such an easy experience. He answered all of our questions, guided us through the process, and was ready to help in any way needed. I highly recommend him for any buyer or seller in any situation they find themselves in.
