I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by one of your realtors, Raquel, during my recent interaction with Coldwell Realty. I found her demeanor to be exceptionally rude and unhelpful, which left a lasting negative impression on me. During our interaction, Raquel displayed a negative attitude and appeared unwilling to address our queries and concerns in a professional manner. I was taken aback by her dismissive behavior and lack of willingness to assist us in a respectful manner. Furthermore, Raquel expressed dissatisfaction with the offer we made on a property, which I believe should have been left for the seller to consider and decide upon. As a potential client, I value professionalism, respect, and clear communication when dealing with real estate agents. Regrettably, Raquel's conduct fell short of these expectations, and I sincerely hope that her behavior does not reflect the overall culture and standards upheld by Coldwell Realty. Moving forward, I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. I believe that providing exceptional customer service is paramount in the real estate industry, and I trust that Coldwell Realty shares this commitment.

Hands down one of the worst offices I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have never left a poor review for ANY real estate office in my entire life but this was 2 months of an ongoing complete mess and it needs to be said- Brian Schwartz is not the broker but the manger at the office who doesn’t help his agents even when CLIENTS call to ask. He talks to you like you are an idiot and like you bother him instead of just doing his job and addressing issues. He did absolutely nothing to help and never returns your call or does anything at all for that matter. Barely can even get him on the phone. Complete waste of time and energy. I will see to it that this office gets reviewed and they hire a better staff and a competent ‘manger’ that actually works.

Carol Wolfe has an issue with being honest. She cares more about making money off of you than you. She'll tell you anything to get that sale.
