Horrible Experience – Stay Away We had an awful experience working with Kadi. She initially showed us a home, and we quickly got the standard application filled out that same evening. Strangely, she told us the application had to be “approved,” even though it was just a basic form. That was my first red flag. The next evening, we finally got the full application sent to us—though it was formatted poorly and confusing. The process of uploading documents was also frustrating. The next day, I asked Kadi when she would run my credit so I could unlock it. She told me to just leave it unlocked all day. When I locked it again later, thinking the credit check had already been done, she then sent a SmartMove link—so clearly it hadn’t been run yet. I filled out SmartMove and paid the fee, but because the credit was still locked, it didn’t go through. Instead of helping or apologizing, she had me unlock my credit and pay again—meaning I spent $80 unnecessarily. She also told me no one else was applying for the property and that the one previous applicant had been declined. Yet I later found out I did have competition. Then to top it off, I got a call essentially putting me down, saying I was “looking in too high-class of an area.” This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had—unprofessional, misleading, and costly.

We found a home we liked listed for rent by Gary Greene. We had a short turn around and needed to move quickly. Kadi went above and beyond to help us. She showed us the home at 6pm on a Saturday, and we had the application that night. We were upfront about the fact we needed to repair our credit, but had cash. Kadi listened to our long term goal of owning our own home, and was upfront about what landlords are looking for when renting. She gave us options for offers including paying up front or offering high deposits to show how serious we are. Kadi responded to all messages immediately, even text messages I sent as late as midnight. Kadi was also upfront about the fact that other people had been looking at the property, and worked through the night to find comparable rentals for us. She made us feel that we were the only clients she had. We cannot say enough good things about her!

WOW called cause I saw a property with their name on it… yes I’m young yes I answer the phone “Yoo what’s up man” how you going to tell me I’m not a serious buyer based on a 2 min phone call and how I speak? BTW I just bought my parents a house off my social media money in Florida 2 months ago…. LOL don’t buy anything from them!!!!!

Doesn’t deserve one star, very unprofessional, was dealing with a lady by the name of Ms, Danielle,, we found a house we liked and she said she was getting the lease agreement written up, she leaves and goes out of town and pass things to a Ms. Gretchen, we see the house and was told we were approved.. Then all both decided to just disappear. We finally get in touch with them and now it’s oh all the applications have to be seen. This is after being told that me and my family had already been approved for the house. Horrible customer service, can’t even believe the company has those type of workers. Says a lot about the COMPANY.
