First time here last night for the Our Lady Peace tour. Parking was good i was asked to pay by 1 person but then got free Parking due to being Handicapped. Check in lines are poor 3 lines to choose from NO signs to tell you anything about what lines do or are for. You need a stand to inform customers of what lane is for what while waiting, ALSO when you enter the 3 lines of confusion from the start you should scan and search everyone FIRST so you dont have to wait at the front and have 1 person scanning as you go it helps to cut down on waiting and not knowing whats going on. The Pictures from the website make it seem the Venue is LARGER than it really is, the place is small and very cramped and i''ll get to the upstairs part next. NO ac its HOT and i do mean H O T..........NO fans blowing no ac nothing with a sold out show and 2k people you need the larger Industrial fans all around the venue hanging off the sides of the walls and like The woodlands pavilion you need MASSIVE slow turning fans on the ceiling. Its HOT and very uncomfortable and doesnt make for a pleasant time overall. It SUCKS........ Upstairs i found the handicap place. Good view for me i guess overall the Black guy was very nice and saw me with a cane im not able to stand for long periods of time and even though people were sitting there i dont know why he got me a seat. About 10 minutes another staff asked me to leave as said first come first served ,i showed him my cane he backed off but still told me i cant sit in the handicap spot even though I AM HANDICAP........This some white guy long hair had some funny bag on the front of him and gloves clipped onto it was trying to force me out of the handicap spot, other people were getting pissed at this guy for picking on me due to my handicap. I stayed where i was all night anyway. Overall i feel the venue is mismanaged with lots of confusion among its staff and poor to address problems with people and handicap training needs more improvement and the better judgement on treating people. Clean up the line problem earlier with stands and signs for your 3 lanes of confusion,GET about 30 Large Industrial fans placed everywhere around the venue hanging safely from the walls and ceilings once again its HOT and its Houston Texas afterall.

Went to my first concert here and wow it did not disappoint! It’s very nice and open. You can sit on the grass on the hill and catch a nice breeze. ICP was surely the highlight of the night but the biggest highlight was my daughter and her boyfriend got engaged here so this place will forever hold a special place in my heart

The venue is very small, which could make for an intimate experience... if everything else wasn't so poorly managed. There are barely any restrooms, so be ready to stand in line like it's part of the show. And the ventilation? Basically noexistent. It literally feels like an oven, with an AC system that clearly gave up before the concert even started. And then there are the prices - $4 plus tax for a tiny bottle of water. I guess they think this is Disney World or something. I went to see Our Lady Peace, and honestly that's the only reason I can say the experience was very good overall. Because if you focus on the details, the venue does everything it can to ruin it. Fix the basics, and this could easily be an excellent place instead of a frustrating one. Brief summary: Small venue, feels like an oven. $4 for a tiny bottle of water - what is this, Disney World? Bathrooms? Good luck. Went for Our Lady Peace, otherwise 0/5

When this place opened it was the best venue in Houston, by far. Now they've gotten too big for their britches and couldn't care less about the patron's concertgoing experience. Whenever they stopped taking cash, things went downhill real fast. A 30$ upstairs show on a Monday night actually costs $40 and you won't accept cash so I have to pay for all of Ticketmaster's bs fees? Thanks so much

I really enjoyed the concert—the atmosphere was fantastic, and the seating was very comfortable. There was also plenty of waitstaff, making it easy to order and get drinks without any hassle.
