Just bought our RV from Rick and had an amazing experience. From the time we walked in until the time we drove away with our RV he was there for any questions! Dorothy was also amazing and thorough with our walk through and making sure we had everything we needed! Sydney in the finance department was awesome to work with as well!

Larry at Holiday World of Willis was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly thorough, informative, kind, and patient while answering all of our questions. We really appreciated that he never made us feel pressured to make any immediate decisions and genuinely cared about keeping us updated with new information. His professionalism and customer service were top-notch. We highly recommend working with Larry!

We went in to Holiday World of Willis very excited to look at used RV's. Upon entering the dealership we met a salesperson to show us around. The salesperson was Stephen. He was very nice throughout the viewing of campers within the range we budgeted. We were looking at a few campers and then we noticed a camper that looked vintage. We asked if we could look at it. He showed it to us and upon opening the door it was like it called our name! It was so cute. We had a discussion about everything working in it which Stephen assured us before we took it off their lot everything would be working! Because it had not been plugged in, we could not check anything because the fridge takes time to get cold (about 8 hours actually). Therefore, my husband asked if they could plug it up and let everything get where we could verify everything worked because the camper was "as-is". He said yes, you can come back tomorrow to verify and pick it up. We were paying cash for it so we needed to make sure everything worked before we took it. My husband took off work the next day to go check it all out and pick it up. He got there and it had not even been plugged in so we had to wait another day and go back to pick it up. Even though we had that little hiccup...the end result was everything worked and all was well. We picked the RV up and are super excited to be on our way! We love the camper and all I can say is when a salesperson tells you something...make sure it happens like they say. Update: Well, the saga continues. When we got the trailer home, we discovered that several items left inside during our walkthrough had been completely stripped out: the rugs, a brand-new 20' sewer hose kit, the shower curtain, and an extra set of Baby Moon hubcaps. I emailed and spoke with multiple layers of management at Holiday World of Willis. While they were polite and agreed to send a check to cover the missing items, they repeatedly reminded me that we bought the trailer "as-is." I have no problem with "as-is," but that should apply to both parties—it isn’t an open invitation for a dealership to scavenge accessories out of a unit after the paperwork is signed. To top it off, their calculation for all of those missing items came out to a grand total of $60.00, of which the person calculating this reimbursement stated..."I overcalculated for you". I would love to know where management shops, because a quality 20' sewer kit alone costs nearly that much, let alone a set of chrome baby moon hubcaps, rugs, and a shower curtain. I am deeply disappointed that a done deal had to sink to this level. The only reason this was a 4-star review is because we absolutely love the trailer itself and a couple of the staff we worked with were great. If management’s handling of this transaction were rated individually, it would be a 1-star experience. I'll update the rating to reflect the reimbursement attempt as well as the amount of time it has taken to resolve this! And rest assured...we will not buy anything else from Holiday World of Willis. This is too much stress when we were really excited and happy about looking at trailers and finding the perfect one for us.

I have been RV-ing for about 14 years and this is my 4 camper. It is hard to find a dealership that is not going to take advantage of you like Camping World. But for Holiday World we had a great experience and would most definitely recommend. Go see Ricky, he will take care of you. Great salesman and knows his stuff. And Daniel in the finance office is solid, very friendly and professional. Overall experience very friendly, not going to push you into a deal. I highly recommend them.

First time buyers, will be repeat customers! Jerry was professional and easy to work with. Drew made everything streamlined and easy during the purchase. Sidney made the business office a smooth experience. Everyone involved treated us with courtesy and respect.
