Holiday World RV

So we just bought our first camper. We was helped first by Ms.Vicki who was the absolute best and sweetest person. She made us feel like family from the start to finish. Then we met Chris who also was awesome. We then dealt with the finance department Donny was great. Very painless lol last was Michael in service department he was great. Everyone there was gracious and friendly. I know that this will not be our last camper so they definitely have our business. Thanks Holiday World

Bought a used Newmar from Holliday World Katy. Had a good experience overall. Jordi Hernandez was a great salesman and helped us navigate finding the unit we wanted. HW repaired most of the things we asked for. Even a couple things we didn’t mention. Finance guys found us a good rate and helped save us some money on insurance. Only issue was, our inspector found that one of the windshield wipers was as loose. We passed on this information to HW and was told at the time of walkthrough it was fixed. First time using the windshield wipers, the one in question fell off the windshield. The wiper connection was stripped out. We dropped the unit back off for this repair. The services center did a great job of fixing all remining issues and identified issues that were covered by Newmar. Christine in the service department was a pleasure to work with and kept us up to date on all issues.

Absolutely outstanding experience! The customer service was truly exceptional — everyone went above and beyond to take care of us. They gave us a great deal, treated us with kindness, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Ms. Vicki, Chris, Donnie, Terrie, and Marcus were all fantastic from start to finish. If you’re looking for great people who genuinely care, go by and see them. You won’t be disappointed!

I went to accompany my Brother-in-law while he looked at a slide in camper for his pickup truck. We stoped at Holiday World to see if they have what he wants. I asked him to not mention that my Wife and I are thinking about getting a camper van some time soon. While we were looking in show room, sales person Rachel asked us if she could help us. My brother-in-law told what he was looking for and said that my Wife and I was going to be looking to by a camper van. I told Rachel that we have not looked yet and not shure what my Wife and I will be getting. Rachel said they just got a used van that came in that looks brand new if I want to see it. I said O.K. and the van was in really good condition. I said my Wife would need to see it also. Rachel said no worries, we can drive to my home and let my Wife see it. This was unexpected service. We loved it and ended up making a deal and bought the van. Rachel and all employees at Holiday World have been great! There was a few minor issues that have been taken car of. Brandon in service has been great And technicians have been helpful answering questions about operating devices in the van. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend Holiday World with excellent service, if your looking to buy an R.V. picture attached!

This week I had the pleasure of purchasing a Tiffin Wayfarer Class C Rv at Holiday World in Katy, Tx. I say pleasure because it truly was. From the minute my wife and I walked through the door we were met with a smile and a chocolate cookie. We were directed to Frank Wadda who demonstrated his experience and knowledge over a wide range of motor homes. When we decided on the perfect coach for us, Frank went beyond all expectations and helped us settle on a fair price for the coach that was a win-win. Then we met with Justin in management to finalize the deal and off we went to Larry in finance. Another issue free discussion took place as we were informed on the various, reasonable priced warranties they had available to give us peace of mind in the future travels. We will be picking up the coach today and were told they would do a multi point inspection and make whole any issues they would find so when we left the location we would be driving a coach ready for any trip we desired to take. We also were introduced to Terri in the parts department who made solid suggestions on accessories we should consider getting for the coach. In summary, the experience we had in this purchase is one that was more like an interaction between friends and not what is sometimes considered a dreaded vehicle purchase. The inventory was extensive and the sales folks, the management, finance and parts personnel did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome and giving us a fair deal in a relaxed, friendly environment with highly experienced and personable staff.
