Better than expected. Room was nice with a great view. Amenities were enough but not as well stocked as in other locations in Asia. The team was very friendly and courteous and always eager to help. Marriott hospitality was at its best. Food was good. The location was perfect considering the meeting location at Daikin Park.

I am working at the George R Bush convention center. The Westin is 2 blocks away and a really easy walk. I like to have a place where I can grab a quick bite at the end if my day and head to my room. The lobby bar is the perfect place. The food is amazing! The valet folks have all been great. The front desk staff the same. I have no complaints and highly recommend staying at the Westin, especially if you are in townnon business.

I went with my 4 children and had 2 connecting rooms. It was a parlor suite and a double queen. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. My children enjoyed being there. My children said the only downfall was that there is no pool at this location.

My family is currently staying here and we’ve had a wonderful experience from the time we checked in to present. When we checked in, we mentioned we were in town for our daughter’s volleyball tournament, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While we were at dinner, our waitress surprised us with a fruit tray along with a sweet handwritten card—it was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that meant so much to our family. It really showed the level of care and attention this hotel provides. Melissa at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, John who helped bring our luggage up was friendly and helpful, and the valet staff (both the man and woman who assisted us) were just as amazing. Our waitress at dinner was also so kind and attentive, even though I unfortunately can’t remember her name. Every interaction we have had thus far has made us feel valued and cared for. It’s clear this team takes pride in creating a warm, memorable experience for their guests. We truly appreciate the kindness shown to our family and will absolutely be back for our next tournament in May!

Great location and venue to host meetings in the conference rooms and in the dining area. Typical downtown parking can be challenging. There is a nearby garage and valet options with varying prices. The valets are fast to respond. The hotel lobby is on the second floor so you have to immediate start navigating elevators etc. outdoor balcony area is fantastic for dining and meeting when the weather is nice.
