The reception service was good, except it was hard to hear what the person said cause of noises and thick glass between us, but the rooms are truly made not for travelers! The smell in non smoking room was so bad that it was hard not to vomit: like human urine mixed with mold, place is infested with roaches - they were running all over the room, I counted 9 in 2 hours. My bath tab was filled with someone’s pubic hair and I felt really disgusted to be there. They need a good pest control service and deep cleaning and fixing the place before letting people in.

I DO NOT recommend this place. I will not stay at this motel chain ever again. I will sleep in my car before I stay with this chain. Almost filed a lawsuit and was prepared to do so. The only thing that saved their bacon is I got extremely busy with work. Save your canned response. In my opinion, acting like you care is a lie.

Had some noise issues,first was people above stomping a lot, was moved to a new room,but the next door neighbor was playing loud music through a speaker. i calmly explained these things each time to the front desk attendants and they did their best to help me (wow, if you're nice, you get what you want!) Ultimately, i left and got 1 nights refund. Thanks to them for making it easy. (Some people live there long term and i can understand that, no need to start a bunch of drama over a small thing) it's affordable and close to town...

I'm still here , and so far so good. But every one I've stayed at since I moved to Texas has been very good. Would've been 5stars for the room also , but the Wi-Fi glitches if it's cloudy and if it rains, you Thu ....

The manager she is very rude and disrespectful. The rooms are nice. If they was take. Care of. The them. Kitchen sick didn’t work. The drawers didn’t open and when I pulled the handle came off. Bathroom vent didn’t work so the bathroom was not able to vent. Making it mildew and mold. bathroom tub leaked in the floor. Told the front desk about it. They kicked us out. And trying not to give a refund for the last 4 days.
