Sleep Inn & Suites Houston I 45 North

I'm officially done with this Rest Well Inn. I'm a customer that comes my husband and I on a daily basis helping them make money in this run down place. I draw the line when the young guy at the front desk came in my room twice while I was unclothed. That's unprofessional, him and that young lady with the long ponytail which I believe that's his sister need to learn how to have a better attitude and not be rude to guests who comes to your inn on a daily basis. You have made me check out and leave my room making me look silly when I didn't have to do that. Once I've already paid I was supposed to stay in my room. House keeper's are mean to me and always make up stories to you because they can get away with it. You allow them to. All of you there are mean behind that booth. My husband and I tolerated it for the purposes of finding a good apartment. Not anymore I'm not coming back nor my husband. You draw the line with me when you're a man coming in the room while I'm unclothed is unacceptable. Learn how to treat your guest better.

It was a nice place to stay. Had a very nice pool with generous hours. Does not smell like cigarettes, it has upgraded. Employees worked really hard to make this stay comfortable.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When my wife and I arrived everything seemed fine but we found that the looks were deceiving. The entire hotel reeked of mildew and cigarettes, and the elevator had an odd puddle in the middle of the floor. When we got to our room the cigarette mildew scent was even stronger. We even found that the mildew smell seemed to be coming from the AC unit itself. When we stepped onto the carpeted floor we noticed it was damp and squishy in multiple parts. The bed sheet had stains on it as if it wasn't cleaned properly or at all, and there was dirt under the pillows. I also found a short and curly next to one of the pillows, So that was fun. Not only that but the phone on the nightstand seemed to be covered in gunk. The shower was awful, with zero pressure from the shower head itself. The only thing that made it worse was there was no shower curtain. It felt like a prison shower. There was also a half used roll of toilet paper already opened next to the toilet with the lid left up. They did not have any hand soap for the bathroom so my wife and I had to get some ourselves. The desk they had there was also filthy, with what was clearly a cigarette burn on the desk. There wasn't even a smoke alarm in our room! The microwave and mini fridge also had rampant food stains all over them and my wife and I had to clean it up! The website advertised a pool but when my wife and I excitedly went to check it out we learned our key cards did not work to open it. After examining the pool from behind the fence it seemed like it wasn't even that well kept, with multiple things floating in it and a greenish tint to the water. There was also a boy smoking a joint right next to the exit door despite signs saying not to smoke within 20 feet of the hotel. Every night we slept we heard multiple of our neighbors yelling, slamming doors, and hitting the wall. The breakfast hall wasn't even what it was advertised to be! All that was there was stale cereal and nothing else! The only positive is that it was down the street from the location we needed to be at. Overall, this was the worst hotel I have ever been in. I do NOT recommend this place. Update: They called and asked me to remove this review so I wouldn't "hurt business". This hotel is incredibly shady and nobody should stay here.

I recently traveled to Houston for my clinical labs for school, and was looking for something affordable and comfortable. I stayed for a week, and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could want- mini fridge, microwave, air conditioning. The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. I used the on site laundry every day, it was super convenient! Housekeeping was amazing, they came every single day and made sure everything was immaculate. I didn't see any insects or issues, the other people staying there were quiet and had no issues there either. They also had vending machines, frozen meals, and beer available to purchase from the front desk. I had a great stay, and it you are wary because of the low price, don't be. It's a great place to stay.

Terrible experience, I was disturbed by bad children and women who wear shower caps as a fashion statement around the Rest Well. I'm Hispanic and I ran from there soon as I saw who stayed there. Smoke everywhere smoke alarms are taken out the room. Stomping and constant walking by Sketchy people who ask do I want to buy pot at night. Front desk (the young lady work night shift) does not even care. She let's that crew check in and run decent guest away. My brother and I left quickly as I saw all that. Please do better as a Inn.
