Absolutely lovely hotel and a cheap price. And you can walk across the street to HOU airport (takes just under 10 mins to walk). They also offer a shuttle. Front desk lady was so kind. The lobby was spotless clean, as was the room. The rooms are huge (see my photo). Bed was huge and comfortable. One of the nicest hotels Ive stayed in and it was the cheapest in the area.

For the price, this hotel really can’t be beat. It’s not perfect, but the bed was comfortable, the airport shuttle is free (you do have to call upon arrival, though, to request a pick-up), the rooms are spacious and clean, and there’s a fitness center. No, breakfast is not extravagant, but again, for the price, I’d say it’s fair. The a/c is a little finicky, but we were decently comfortable. Again, for the price we were very satisfied with our stay, and will stay again if we’re back in the area.

Terrible experience. Wish I didn't give them a second chance. I stayed here about a month ago, flew in for a meeting near airport, stayed here for the shuttle to airport. They refused to take me to the airport, made me walk. Gave them another try, got yelled at for taking breakfast back to room to eat. I was told I could only do that if I was disabled. They gave us one bar of soap. So we had to move that one bar from the sink to wash our hands to the shower, then back to sink. I have never stayed at a place that wouldn't provide one for each. Will never stay here again.

Last month, my family and I had the experience of staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, we encountered some challenges in communicating with the staff. While the rooms were impressively spacious and maintained impeccably clean, boasting a well-appointed bathroom and a truly outstanding shower, I feel compelled to issue a strong caution regarding the breakfast offerings. In my opinion, they are simply unacceptable. If your taste buds are exclusively drawn to various forms of bread, then perhaps you might find some satisfaction. However, for anyone seeking a more substantial or varied "hot breakfast" experience, I can only describe what they present as a disappointment. The so-called "hot breakfast" consists primarily of a cooler stocked with butter, jelly, cold milk, yogurt, various fruit juices, and coffee. Beyond that, the only cereal choices are Cheerios and Fruit Loops. There is also a waffle maker and a bread cabinet containing white bread, wheat bread, and bagels. It is also worth mentioning that the coffee area was closed until breakfast service began, meaning guests couldn't obtain coffee before that time. To add insult to injury, the one-cup coffee machine that was provided in our room was unfortunately non-functional. we were very disappointed also to use the business office computer and printer???they gave you two sheets of paper any more you had to pay them, our luggage was left outside the door and i am disabled but they didn't do anything but remove our luggage from their van. We have stayed at Quality inns at other locations and have no complaints. NEVER will we stay here again

Cancelled a prior reservation made through Hotels.com. No refund, but was told to contact the hotel directly. Since room was paid and not used, I was offered a COURTESY credit against a future stay. Now that I need the reservation, I am denied. They said no such promise was ever made and worse, rudely called a LIAR for making the request. The hotel agent then hung up on me. I have used Choice hotels many times in the past. But won't be using them ever again.
