My experience at the front desk of Quality Suites NW Cy-Fair was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The woman working the front desk was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional from the moment I approached. Instead of simply doing her job and assisting me, she began asking personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with my stay. As a guest, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Hospitality begins at the front desk, and unfortunately that standard was completely absent here. Her tone, attitude, and intrusive questions made the interaction uncomfortable and left me feeling disrespected and judged. No guest should be made to feel that way when they are simply trying to check in or get assistance. Customer service in the hospitality industry should be about welcoming people, not interrogating them or making them feel small. I truly hope management addresses this behavior, because one negative encounter like this can completely ruin a guest’s impression of the entire establishment. Respect and professionalism should never be optional in a place that claims to serve the public.

Room was clean albeit a little run down, property was as quiet as it could be sitting 20 feet from a very busy highway but wasn't annoying. Proximity to food options is nice which is good because breakfast is literally cereal or a waffle, with the optional fruit or unwrapped convenience store mini donuts. The coffee was hot but not the greatest. Took one look and found attentive options across the street. No issues with service since I didn't really have anything to interact with them about. Overall, could be better could be worse. Keep in mind you're getting what you pay for.

The staff is very unpleasant. A $50 deposit was required for damages, when I asked what do they mean by damages they could not give me any details other than no smoking or pets. She wanted cash for the deposit instead of credit card. They gave us 2 towels for a family of 5 and questioned why I needed more. They would not give me any fresh towels until the dirty ones came back. Staff is not friendly, pool is small and the breakfast is below average. If you can call cereal and only waffles breakfast. Overall experience was not great. Not family friendly, decent location is about the only thing I can compliment.
