Haven't stayed here before but did notice at least 4 electric vehicles (EVs) parked here and would advise the property contact local Houston business Pangea Charging to have EV charging stations installed here to increase amenity offerings, secure more bookings, and drive up revenue. Even having a conversation with a guest, he said on-site charging overnight would be better than him waking up at 4am to go fast charge at a Tesla supercharger. Lots of people think guests with EVs aren't a typical Motel 6 customer but this is proof they don't only stay at Motel 6 but some of the most expensive EVs come here.

The room (room 226) was very bad. 1) NO POWER for at least 2½ hours before I gave up and found alternative lodging. I asked the front desk if the hotel would issue a refund and they said no since it was not their fault (they claim someone struck the transformer). I will talk to the manager tomorrow but if still no refund I will use my credit card purchase protection. 2) The room was very humid and had an overpowering smell of mildew or mold. I use a CPAP machine and that still didn’t help. 3) The bathroom door was extremely warped and would not shut. I was solo but still not satisfactory. 4) The pool despite the gorgeous listing was abandoned and in disrepair.

We reserved an ADA accessible suite and at the 1st location there was a kitchen but was not ADA accessible. Motel 6 had to move us to a different location in a more run down part of town and further away. That room was an ADA room but did not have a kitchen. The only lights in the room were the bedside lights so the room was very dim. Housekeeping only came twice and didn't even restock towels, we were there 15 days. It was a horrible experience across the board.

Room was clean that about all I can say no refrigerator no microwave. Busy all night people all over the place and worst of all after staying a week I ask for a late checkout till 12pm and they diffuser so I had to leave my job early and rush back to get my stuff not cool at all. Won't be staying again

This definitely will not be coming here again for any other town or anybody that’s on the 16 beltway that’s visiting a Halle disregard this place the manager or the lady that has her hair and a brown and gold bun is very rude and very disrespectful to the point she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Definitely is not bringing me nor my family here again.
