Motel 6 Houston Nasa

We got lucky! Look it's budget! And you get what you get. We saw 1 roach killed it no big deal. Yeah you can totally hear people walking and moving around upstairs/ outside and you might feel like someone can bust the half locked shut door down, but It's clean enough... If you can camp in the woods with a air mattress and tent then you will survive here! If you're style is glamping or a popup camper you might need to go to a Holiday Inn or Hilton. It's just that simple. They came everyday to make the bed and refresh towels. The sink had a hard time draining and the TV had a weird line off center in the screen while on. Not great but not too annoying. We had cool air conditioning, as long as it was running it didn't get too muggy in the room. It was comfortable.

Out of every Motel 6 I've ever stayed in, this is by far the cleanest/best ever. There may not be any amenities except ice, vending and laundry, but their pool is clean/working. And there is the southern favorite Waffle House right next door.

I booked a room on 4/18/26 on the phone. I spoke with a man named Alex. He assured me I could get a first floor room but only if I booked with him. I made the reservation and got a confirmation number. I am handicap and unable to do stairs. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told they have no first floor rooms. This hotel deserves to go out of business. If you are handicapped I would certainly avoid this place at all cost. I wasted time driving there. Got my wheel chair out in the rain to get my room only to be told I would have to go somewhere else to have a bottom floor room. If I could give 0 stars and write a review this place certainly earned it.

Motel 6 has always been my choice for the night. I have two little dogs, no hastle. Staff is always helpful, it's clean and always feel safe there.

I made a reservation at this location over the phone. My stay was to be for two weeks. My plans fell through and I needed to cancel my reservation. For an hour I called and tried to cancel my reservation. No one will answer the phone at the front desk or they anwer and hang up. I tap the "call us" button on the Motel 6 booking confirmation web page. I finally get to talk to someone but I can't understand them because their accent is so thick. After explaining that I need to cancel my reservation I am told that I will be connected to the front desk where they can help me better. So, the circle starts again... the front desk either doesn't answer or they answer and hang up. I lost count of how many times I called. Customer service needs work. Customer service phone representatives need to be able to speak understandable english.
