Locale Med Center at Vantage

If you work at or near the med center, this is the place! Amazing views; my room faced Hermann Park. So much natural light. If you have some days that you work from home, the study area is quite cozy. This complex is also quite tech-savvy. They have an app for the elevator and key fob. Super convenient. Conceirge is outstanding. They make your life so much easier. Especially when looking for a lost package or letting in my cleaning lady. Rubi and Damien were wonderful to work with. They were always easy to reach and ready to help. What initially drew me to these apartments, aside from being so close to the Med Center, was the private parking. If you pay an additional fee, you can park your vehicle in a more secure spot with no public traffic. In my previous two apartments (Fairmont Museum @ 4310 Dunlavy (Montros) and The Abbey at Northpoint (Spring)), my truck was vandalized multiple times. My tires were stolen, the window was broken, the door latch was broken (twice), and the truck was scratched. Piss poor security. The Vantage has on-site security and private parking. I never had any issues with my truck during my time here. I definitely recommend the Vantage for your next home.

A HUGE shout out to Vissol Lima (V) as she is AMAZING!!!! She’s at the concierge desk and always goes above and beyond to help and is sweet, positive and cheerful! Whether it’s answering questions, helping you get settled in with a new move, or recommending places around Houston, she’s super kind and helpful!! 🙏 She truly cares about the residents, and it shows in everything she does. Vantage Med Center is so blessed to have V on their team, and we are so incredibly grateful for all of her kindness and support. She’s AWESOME!!! 🙏 What an AMAZING experience and thank you so much to Damien Valentine at Vantage Med Center Apartments in Houston who was an absolute ROCKSTAR through the whole process!! Wow!!! From the moment he gave us a tour to signing the lease, he made the entire process seamless, fast, and easy. His professionalism, responsiveness, and GENUINE CARE truly sets him apart! Damian went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly! 🙏 We recommend these apartments and especially Damien Valentine! Thank you big time, Damian!!! I've lived at Vantage for a little over six months, and it has been a breeze working with the staff here. Everyone is helpful, even with some recent management changes in the building. Damian, in particular, has been great. He really stepped up to cover extra work during the staff transitions and always remembers my requests, no matter how busy he is or if it strictly falls under his duties. The concierge team is also very reliable, especially when it comes to tracking down missing packages. Tip: If you are interested in moving here, definitely keep an eye out for their free rent promotions!

I recently toured apartments at Vantage Med Center and had a great experience thanks to Chelsea. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and took the time to walk us through all the details. Every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, her personality really stood out because she was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Overall, Chelsea made the tour enjoyable and left a great impression.

We love living at Vantage and our gorgeous view of the city. The staff is great, especially Yosvany who takes great care of anything we need fixed or replaced in our apartment.
