It's a nice place the only thing is the rooms are very small I refused housekeeping services because I clean my own room so the manager came over with two other ladies asked me to go outside while they close the door and inspected my room I thought that was strange and a bit invading but I allowed it because I kept my room clean but I've never had that happen before anywhere I've stayed but she was nice and I did enjoy staying there the office is open from 11-7 if you need any help a man living there will open your room if it's after hours it's a no smoking establishment so you have to get 150 ft away from the building to smoke. It is well kept and the guest are quite and I never heard of any real problems I will definitely go back

I love this place... I was skeptical at first since this is Houston... well Pasadena. I've been here 2 1/2 months and its been non-eventful just like I like it. Everyone keeps to themselves. There is the occasional strong smell of the devil's lettuce, but this is Houston. Their rates are fantastic. Better than renting an apartment and having to hook up your light, water, gas, internet... The room layout is good with a full size fridge, dual burner electric stove, a microwave, sink, small dining table with chairs... oh and a full sized bed. The room gets cleaned once a week which is good cause im not a messy person. Its perfect for those looking for the basic amenities for a short or long stay. The staff is so friendly especially Martha O. She goes above and beyond her duties. She made me feel welcome and at home. The location couldnt be in a better place with everything you need no more than a mile away. You name it, its close by. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Martha!

Staff is friendly. Area is very safe. Internet connectivity is great, 250mb cell tower next door. Appliances work. Hot water is plentiful. HEB, CVS, Walmart, Home Depot, Planet Fitness surrounding location. Lots of free parking. Great place to stay. Thank You!

If you aren't here before the office closes at 7, have other arrangements made for the night. I was relocating back to the area but wasn't going to make it by 7. When I called to find out how to check in when I arrived, I was told I had to wait until the next day. I tried to make it anyway (arrived a little after 7) but of course no one was available. Had to spend money somewhere else after money was taken at this property. Asked for a room on the first floor (knee & back issues) but was ignored & given room on 2nd floor which had the worst smell. I've gotten rid of some of it but it still smells a little. Rooms get cleaned once a week. You provide your own amenities (you get one roll of toilet paper, small bar of soap, 2 washcloths & 2 dry off towels). For the price, it's pretty much you get what you pay for.

Martha the property manager is a train wreck. They had an inspection at all the properties and the inspector didnt like something in my room. There was no damage he thought we had alitte too much stuff. He told Martha to kick us out. I found out from another location that the usual procedure is to serve notice, try to fix the issue and take a picture to send to corporate and get off the list. Martha had no interest in that. She had a personal issue with me. I tried to reach corporate multiple times but the response was to basically get with Martha. She could have helped us out. We are waiting to get into an apartment. If you like intown suites dont go to pasadena tx location. What a waste of 2.5 months
