On behalf of consumers who need other options for temporary/extended living, this location has been our rescue. Landlords in 25-26 are possessed by demons, greed and have forgotten that without consumers they are nothing. It's clean, quiet, hospitable staff, no repair issues and reasonable rates for a studio arrangement. None of that unsolicited grief that territorial, dictatorship property owners give who want your money but are not willing to provide service to their tenants. If you have issues here, it's normally because YOU ARE THE ISSUE. Be respectful, pay for fees and mind your business and you will have peace.

LeAnne was really helpful and the place is pretty nice . 5 stars.. I will say tho the new guy didn’t help me at all for something that wasn’t even my fault charged me $35 late fee I’m pretty upset about like iv been here longer than you dude and I always pay on time this was some kind of issue and I get charged .. not cool I had to come back and edit my review because of how disappointing this place has turned out to be … the staff is never in the office to take payment or really help with anything you and a line of ppl are always waiting every single time it never fails .. they charged me a late fee that shouldn’t have and the ac is terrible I swear every night and the water doesn’t get hot and there is roaches …

I’ve been staying in this place for 3 years and had no problems not at all.. staff Ms Leeanne is amazing love her to pieces very respectful, helpful, makes me smile but back To the home. Maintenance is always helping with any issues just come knocking on the door to see if u need anything fix , was locked Out my room at 4 am and the Guy comes to open my Door for me, not noise at night,if I get a delivery the hold it for me the fact that they come to my door and get it cause I’m not home that’s A lot for me… I’m moving out soon will miss my cozy room

I have authorized charges on my bank card and no one at the reception is willing to help out. A lady I met told me to go to their general website to report because it’s not showing in their system. But my bank account shows they have deducted money from my card twice. I love the location but roaches pop out at night while we slept.

LeAnne B. Was amazing. The check in process was easy and she offered extra time to checkout if I need it. Maintenance was 24 hours and when I called Scott was here in less than 2 minutes. The property is quiet and I felt safe during my almost 2 week stay. I will be staying here or recommending this hotel to m family and friends.
