Well, I wish I had something nice to say.... rooms are cheap??? But everything comes at a price. I moved over here to the in town suites about 6 weeks ago. Upon arrival there was already confusion on the girls face at the desk. See, I had reserved online(as I always do) and paid for the first week on my credit card. It was already deducted from my account. But for whatever reason. They wanted me to pay again on-site. Thank goodness I just got paid. So I asked to pay with my CC for the room and cash for the $50 deposit. Immediate confusion. After 20 minutes it seemed like trying to teach her math we finally figured it out. I went and looked at the room, came back and signed. That evening I began seeing the bugs. First small roaches. Then Bigger ones and as the evening went on more and more. Gnats, flies, flying cockroaches, spiders, BED BUGS!!! The next day I went to walmart to get cleaning supplies and bug spray etc. We started in the "kitchenette" and began wiping everything down with bleach( I had to go bk to the store for more bleach and paper towels) and moved to the bathroom. I would have moved out but it clearly stated in the guest agreement I signed that under no circumstances would I be refunded if I left. So we kept cleaning. Wiping boogers and what I can only assume was dried semen from the walls and bathroom door. Bleaching EVERY SURFACE! I BOUGHT A CHEAP SET OF SHEETS because there's were stained. Upon stripping the bed I noticed no mattress cover, a hole in the mattress and a substance I can only assume was blood. We vacuumed the mattress, sprayed it down with bleach and then put the cover I bought on it after drying. It probably seems a bit much but I enjoy cleanliness and planned on being here for at least 60 days. After all the cleaning and spraying for bugs, setting up traps etc. I sealed up the gaping holes in the windows and felt a little better. We still never got rid of the bugs but definitely mitigated them. After about a week of being here, the fridge (whose doors were facing the wrong way) stopped working. I reported it to the front desk along with my concerns about the mattress and waited. 8 days later a guy who spoke ZERO English knocked on my door. He unplugged the fridge and came bk 8 hrs later. Nothing about the mattress. Housekeeping is supposed to be offered once a week on Thursday. After my 4th week here, I woke up to a young woman changing my trash bags. I was startled to say the least. I sat up and said "Hello???" She said I'm almost done. Lmao!! No apologies?? Well I'm glad at their trash proficiency. Things were finally settling down and we got the wifi to work sometimes,(no tv without it) when on my 6th week I went to pay the weeks rent and after waiting wwas informed that I had to move out. I was speechless. The

I lived here for almost 2 years with my children. Originally I was not supposed to be on this side of town; I moved from highway 6 and 529 and I booked a intown suite closer to there but after seeing how the room looked I decided to go to another location I looked at 5 different rooms at 5 different locations until I finally got to this intown off the beltway. Hands down the best well kept intown in Houston! Room was clean and bug free. No mold no run down furniture and it wasn’t crowded like the other hotels either. People wasn’t hanging out in the hallway being weird. Even tho the location wasn’t ideal for me at first the living conditions was unmatched. However after staying here I actually started to love this location you can hit any highway you need in less then 10 mins 45, 59, 610 ! Less the 20 to get downtown, woodlands or Crosstimbers. I am also so grateful for the way Anthony the manager here treated me and my children during my stay here! I could’ve been more blessed when I picked this location!

I stayed here for 8 days and I do not recommend this place to anyone. It shouldn’t be even called a hotel. The room was so dirty I found long female hair all over the bed and in the shower. I went to the reception to request to be transferred but they said no room available or housekeeper left for the day. I made $50 cash deposit and the day I checked out the guy checked the room and told all is good but he doesn’t have cash and to contact his manager to arrange a refund. One year trying to get my money back and send emails but no response. Shame on this business.

This property has extremely unsanitary and unlivable conditions. The room has a visible roach infestation, and there are mouse traps placed throughout the room, clearly indicating an ongoing pest problem. The toilet is also not functioning properly, which creates additional sanitation concerns. No one should be expected to stay in conditions like this. We attempted to contact management multiple times, but no one answered the phone or responded, and no janitorial or maintenance services were provided. Because these conditions are unacceptable and unsafe, we are leaving tonight and requesting a full refund. No human being—regardless of their financial situation—should ever be expected to live or stay in conditions like this.

My stay at InTown Suites near IAH Airport has been a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, especially being close to the airport, food spots, and main roads. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and set up perfectly for extended stays, which made things a lot easier for me. What really stood out was the staff — they were professional, respectful, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed something. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe, which is important when you’re staying somewhere longer-term. Overall, InTown Suites IAH provides great value, a stress-free environment, and solid customer service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable extended-stay option in the Houston area
