Super nice hotel. Fuels brand new but it's been around over 5 years I was told. Has kind of a Mexican Spanish theme to it and has a nice bar and restaurant right when you walk in. The rooms are spacious and just give off a fresh, brand new vibe. I was super impressed with Bryan who took great care of me at the front desk. He's as good a front desk guy or girl that I have worked with in a while. And I travel a lot.

This was our first stay at Hotel Indigo in Springs, TX, and we were truly impressed by the level of service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The front desk clerk, Ana, was incredibly kind and helpful. When we mentioned we were in town for our daughter-in-law’s graduation with her Master’s degree, she shared in our excitement and even delivered a thoughtful gift and handwritten congratulatory note to her room. That personal touch meant so much to our family. The next morning, we had breakfast at the restaurant, and everything was excellent. Chef Juan was very friendly and took the time to make sure we were enjoying our meal, which we greatly appreciated. Our server, Eduardo, was attentive, courteous, and made our dining experience even better. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and would absolutely stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

This hotel and its fantastic location are an oasis in the middle of the city. The views, the vibe, the customer service are 10/10. Parking was easy and I felt safe & secure when leaving my vehicle in the lot. The rooms are pristine and well lit. The beds were comfortable as well. We had breakfast vouchers, so while breakfast is not provided, we were able to enjoy hot meals prepared to order. Even though this was a work trip, it felt like a vacation. I camnot wait to stay here again.

Skip the Smoke and Mirrors I felt completely misled by the photos. While the lobby and grounds are beautiful, the rooms are a major step down in quality. This is essentially a budget motel dressed up as a luxury hotel. The Room: While the room was spotless, the overall quality was poor. The furniture was chipped, the shower had crooked tiles and peeling molding, and the showerhead was covered in hard water buildup. Most upsetting was the bedding: the sheets were paper-thin, and worn so much they were practically see through in some areas. The duvet was tattered, frayed, and visibly stained. This was so gross. The Service: When I requested new bedding, I was pretty much told to "make do" until morning because housekeeping leaves at 5pm. The next day, housekeeping simply made the bed with the same stained duvet and raggedy sheets. After reaching out again, housekeeping returned to my room. No apologies or anything. They simply swapped the duvet, but left the old sheets. Honestly, the new duvet was worn as well. The lack of urgency and attention to detail was exhausting. The Fire Alarm: At around midnight, we were evacuated for 45-60 minutes. There was zero communication from staff for nearly a half hour, and the fire department wasn't called until long after we had already been outside. I had a 4 AM flight and got almost no sleep. Bottom Line: Don't let the "fancy" lobby fool you. It’s high-priced and looks luxurious downstairs, but the actual room gives side of the road motel. Skip this one.
