Upon arrival this hotel is nice. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very nice. We checked in, put our stuff down and immediately left to go to the event we were there for. We returned at night, placed our food down on the counter so we could begin to unwind, eat dinner and watch TV. As I was getting my clothes out of my bag I noticed a roach was crawling on the counter. I walk over to try to grab me and my son’s food before the roach could get on it and before I could pick it up I notice multiple roaches crawling on our food, my our food and on the counter. So, I go downstairs to inform the front desk staff about the situation and was told they couldn’t return my money nor give me points so we could move to a different hotel. The gentleman at the front desk just moved us rooms. While we were getting our bags and things together to move we saw a bed bugs crawling on the bed. We moved to the other room but was unable to sleep and didn’t feel comfortable laying on the bed. I emailed the manager and 24 hours went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I proceeded to contact customer service. They offered me a refund but nothing for my clothes and food I had to throw away. I emailed the manager at the hotel again because at this point it had been 2 days and still no acknowledgment of my email, to receive a reply saying she hadn’t responded to my email because she was trying to “investigate” first. She the proceeded to inform me that she could not do anything further regardless of my lost food and clothing (I never had roaches nor bed bugs and didn’t want to risk bringing them into my home) because I had contacted customer service.

Overall, great stay. Staff was very responsive to all of our needs. Only thing...we wished there were more options for breakfast. Other than that, clean, comfortable, and would stay again!

Everything was OK with the stay except Breakfast which consisted of the choice of cereal, waffle or a fried egg. There were some sausage pattys but nothing was assembled. They put the eggs and sausage on plexiglass shelves, looked disgusting. No fruit or yogurt or any healthy choices. Bread was hard to find after the 1st hour. I believe the hotel was not busy so they did not want waist which is OK but have fruit or yogurt at the very least.

Not recommended. I stayed here for a football tournament. The room had no water pressure stains in the carpet and bugs. The manger Gabriel was rude and needs to learn how to deal with customers in a professional manner when issue arise. Not interrupt or over talk customers as they are speaking.

the service was amazing! super kind employees that were very helpful. spacious, clean rooms made our stay very enjoyable. definitely would recommend.
