My family and I spent two nights here last week during the end of our spring break vacation. The front staff is absolutely amazing, and so kind. It happened to be my daughter‘s birthday on one of the days and a woman at the front desk even went out of her way to give my daughter a birthday basket. The rooms were super clean, the gym in the pool were great, and the hotel was super family, friendly. The breakfast was awesome! The cleaning and maintenance staff, were all hands on deck and went out of their way to be helpful at all times. There is a cute little Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot as the hotel that even has a playground in the center of it for those traveling with kiddos. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

My first time here, and four days in, I can honestly say it has been an absolute delight! The hotel is super clean and the level of service has truly stood out. Maria in food service is exceptional, attentive, friendly, and consistently going above and beyond. Jazlin made a lasting first impression as the very first person to greet us, professional, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Jewelle at the front desk is truly a ray of sunshine, always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. I can’t forget Miss Debra, with her beautiful eyes and matching smile, she gave me such a warm and genuine welcome from the very first moment we met. Overall, a wonderful experience made even more special by such amazing people!❤️

The rooms were up to date, clean and spacious. The desk clerks were helpful and courteous but the head maid became malicious when she brought up an extra requested comforter to the room. When I returned to my room she had deliberately spilled a bowl of vinegar water I had sitting on the counter. It could not have been an accident because it was well out of the way of reach.

Check-in was so easy and the person was so helpful to be sure I got a room that was right for me. The room was spotless. The service was excellent. They went the extra mile. Every housekeeper smiled and was helpful when I needed anything. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was an average mini full breakfast. I would say it's not a full breakfast and not as many options as some place that are a "home" or "suites" but it was pretty good. Coffee 24/7.. That was an A plus for me. I liked getting my evening coffee. Pretty good view of the sunset which was great from the 4th floor.

I travel for work and only go to places with 4 stars or better, reviews are important to me. My room was clean and Vee Vee was great she was kind and courteous and even laughed at my complimentary Rolls-Royce and Bentley jokes 😃 and in the morning Debra was great she has great customer service
