I had an excellent experience touring Metro Midtown thanks to Sydney! From start to finish, she was professional, fast, and incredibly thorough. She made sure I understood all the leasing benefits available and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Had an amazing tour with Sydney! I came along with my friend while she apartment hunted and Sydney was seriously the best super helpful, funny, and welcoming. We’re from out of state, so finding someone who made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared meant a lot. We honestly haven’t experienced this kind of hospitality at any other apartments we toured in the area. The apartments themselves are beautiful and have everything my friend is looking for. Plus, the Midtown location is perfect bars, restaurants, and so much to do all nearby. Sydney definitely made this place stand out and I’m really hoping my friend decides to apply here!

This weekend I went on a tour with Bryant. He was very professional, kind and patient. It was a busy day and with him managing by himself, he kept a smile on his face. The community is nice and welcoming. The apartments that he showed us were nice and my favorite parts of the apartments was the stainless steel appliances and in unit washer and dryers. Thank you Bryant for your amazing professionalism!

I have lived at this property going on 3 years now. The staff has changed twice since I’ve been here because of promotions to other properties (that says a lot right their). But the managment company always picks great people. The team that Star leads is one of the best, Star has an open door and never misleads when you have an issue or need assurance very knowledgeable. My work orders get done in a timely manner, communication is great. Brian is always helpful with quick questions and Sydney goes over any small detail and always follows up with you . Lots of community events , pools always clean, trash taken out regularly . Location is amazing less than 5 minute walk to bus line and 12 to the rail. Grocery stores , parks,resteraunts all near. The staff is really what keeps me resigning.
