I recently visited Memorial Hermann Sugar Land after fracturing my leg and was admitted to the hospital for several days. From the moment I arrived in the ER until the day I was discharged, every single staff member I encountered was amazing. The nurses, doctors, technicians, transport staff, and everyone else I interacted with were kind, caring, compassionate, and professional. During a very stressful and painful experience, they treated me with patience and respect and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I have always had a fear of doctors and hospitals, but this experience truly changed my perspective. The level of care and genuine concern shown by the staff made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Memorial Hermann Sugar Land to anyone in need of medical care.

I recently stayed at Memorial Hermann Hospital for 3 days, and I truly appreciate the care I received during my time there. I want to thank Jemima, Anna, Alissa, Giselle, and Mincey at CDU for taking such good care of me and helping make my stay easier. A very special thank you to Jemima and Alissa. They were especially personable, attentive, and always made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their kindness and genuine care really helped me feel more at ease during a difficult time. I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by the staff. Thank you all for what you do.

I’m a first time mom and I would choose Memorial Hermann in Sugar Land to deliver over and over again. The staff is truly amazing, and the care they gave my son and I meant everything to me. They were so kind, patient, and attentive, making sure both of us were safe and taken care of every step of the way. A special thank you to Brenda, my L&D nurse, who was absolutely incredible, and Ricky, who made sure I was taken care of by bringing me breakfast, lunch, and dinner during my stay. Both of them took the time to sit with me, talk, and truly listen, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. And to two of the best postpartum nurses, Amanda and Kayla—thank you from the bottom of my heart. When my son wasn’t eating, Amanda tried everything and took action quickly to make sure he was okay. Kayla went out of her way to deliver my breastmilk to the NICU for Abel, and that meant more to me than I can even put into words. A huge thank you to Dr. Parish, who delivered Abel and acted quickly to stop my hemorrhaging—something I will never forget. I’m beyond grateful for the love, care, and support they showed my baby and me. 🤍

Thank you Memorial Hermann Sugarland Hospital West 4 team! My dad spent 6 days in room 412. His stay included emergency surgery. His doctors, surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses and nursing assistants, occupational and physical therapists, technicians (xray, etc) nutrition and dietary, housekeeping, and anyone I may have unintentionally failed to mention, were dynamic. Thank you for your competency, commitment, compassion, and empathy. You.made a difficult situation for our Family manageable and facilitated a greater outcome for.our dad. I am grateful!

I’m sharing this out of concern about care at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital. Over the past 5 years, my family ( 2 uncles and one aunty) has experienced multiple losses after going there, which has raised serious concerns for me. I respect the healthcare workers who are doing their best. However, I wonder if the heavy use of traveling doctors and nurses affects consistency and familiarity with patients in the community. I believe this situation deserves a closer and more transparent review to make sure patients are getting the best care possible.
