LOVE THIS PLACE. From the staff to the rooms everything is great. beds are comfy, feel very safe. They look out for you. water is wonderfully hot and on demand. I love staying here.

I love this hotel because of the excellent customer service, plus the cleanliness is superb and you can also rest peacefully. On the occasions I've stayed there, I never hear any noise. I recommend it 100% and the price is excellent.

Very affordable. Sound insulated walls very light noise. Staff is friendly and concerned about their customers. Great water pressure and very hot and fast water on demand

You have a 'No Refund Policy', and everyone needs to know that before booking with you. I take it upon myself as a reputable contributor on Google Maps to provide positive, and negative, feedback of every establishment I engage with. Americas Best Value Inn, you are the only hotel that has ever denied us a refund... and I don't request one unless there is a valid reason... The first time was when we had the bad ice storms a few years ago, and my son wrecked his truck and was stranded in the freezing cold, and finally got a ride to ur hotel from a kind stranger. The next day, he was anxiously awaiting the safe arrival of his friend to get a ride back home, uncertain they would make it due to inclement weather issues on the roads, and NO CELL SERVICE and your phones were down as well. So he paid for an extra night to beat your check-out time, only to have his friend arrive 20 minutes later. He kindly asked for his money back since he was getting to go home to his family, and you said No... No accountability, no exceptions, no empathy that his friend made it. Nothing. Now this time, I'm in town for my 50th BDay, my friend and I are looking for somewhere close to stay nearest the establishment we would be celebrating at, but after booking we discovered that your hotel was more than 10 minutes, so we asked for a refund and you said NO. It's simply just bad business when you can't take every situation's circumstance into account.
