I came in to book a party. The event coordinator showed me the private suites got all my info, saved my date and told me all was good for my party coming up. Texted and called the phone on her card the coming Monday, no response ! Called the number again no response, decided to personally come and speak to a manager. Thankfully I came across Angelina who was very helpful and took her time to check everything and it turns out that my private suites along with my party, were never saved in the system! If it wasn’t because I came in, and I kept insisting I would’ve never found out that the previous event coordinator canceled everything without even telling me. I’m very thankful for Angelina taking her time to help me however I did request for someone to speak to the other person because you can’t just Cancel or remove something that has already been saved after I personally went and did everything with you. The event coordinator assured me that everything was in the system and now because of her mistake I had to get different rooms and different time. I ended up booking with Angelina, Ended up in different rooms, Different time and I just hope that everything goes smooth 🙏 Place is amazing but they definitely need to make sure customer service is a priority! Edited -After Party Party was great! Host went above and beyond! Definitely recommend this place 😊

Very cool place and love how everything is set up. It was very well thought out. It's also not to crowded on weekdays which is great. Some cons though.. the party rooms are simply not big enough for large parties and multiple parents, the place could be alot cleaner it was pretty dirty and there were multiple areas just super sticky/nasty on the floors, spilled drinks on jumping areas etc... The teenagers working there were acting like top notch security. Some of them were doing their job but maybe a little to well as they can calm down a bit with how they approach people when doing things in areas not allowed. They have no rules posted so how are we supposed to know drinks arent allowed in the play areas? And obviously they don't stick to this as some of the jumping areas were covered in slurpee spills. Overall, cool place and would definitely return to do the go carts since that was not apart of my son's friends party package BUT NOT at this location. Disappointing considering it's so close but they need to do better considering the area and neighborhood it's in.

We had a great experience at Urban Air Trampoline Park in Houston Heights! My daughter had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave. There were plenty of activities to keep her entertained, and everything was well organized. I was especially impressed with how clean the entire facility was, from the play areas to the seating and restrooms. It’s clear the staff works hard to maintain a safe and clean environment. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌🏼💯

I honestly regret booking my son’s birthday party here. From the beginning, the experience was frustrating. Before booking, I was told over the phone that children under 2 years old were free. That information turned out to be incorrect, which completely threw off my planning and budget. Thankfully one of our guests didn’t show up, otherwise we would have been short a wristband because of the misinformation. The food wasn’t brought out until well after our guests had already arrived, which delayed everything. Then, once the food finally came, we felt rushed through cake and presents instead of being allowed to enjoy our party. The pricing is also excessive. I asked if I could simply upgrade some of our existing wristbands to include the go-karts, but instead I was told I’d have to purchase entirely new wristbands at over $40 each just to add one attraction. That made no sense and felt like a money grab. Throughout the day, several staff members came across as rude. My children were repeatedly corrected over small things while using the attractions, yet we watched plenty of other guests breaking the same rules without anyone saying anything. Whether it was favoritism or something else, we definitely felt like we were being treated differently, and it left a bad impression. To top it all off, we were presented with a suggested minimum tip of $90 after an experience that was already disappointing. Tipping should reflect good service, and unfortunately that wasn’t the experience we received. Overall, this party cost us a lot of money, and the service simply didn’t match the price. We left feeling disappointed and stressed instead of celebrating our son’s special day. Unfortunately, we won’t be hosting another party here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family.

Arrived at 4:15pm today and there are about 20 people waiting. No one is at the counter. I go upstairs to see what’s going on and ask if there should be someone downstairs. They send a trainee down who admits he is new and doesn’t know what to do. Another employee comes down a few minutes later to start checking people in. Most of the employees seem uninterested and have no sense of urgency. The card machine for the video games wasn’t working I had to get them to fix that. And then later after I buy the card I find the machines are nearly empty without the toys or prizes. Other than that this is a beautiful place with lots of stuff for the kids to do. Lots of potential if the management were to improve.
