My friend and I had our very first boxing experience at Spar. Coach Bobby was excellent!!! He gave us a great introductory lesson learning the basics (stance, footwork, punching, parrying) and then my friend and I had a mild 3 round spar. We had a wonderful time and will definitely do it again.

I first started Spar Houston in 2020. Cleanest, well organized, with the most patient and passionate coaches, boxing gym I have been to. I love the small group classes, fitted for all levels. Perfect place to learn correct fundamentals and techniques to prevent injuries! Shout out to the staff, especially Coach Bobby & Coach Keenan!!

I've trained with the owner Johnny for over 10 years now. Whether you're looking for fitness or how to protect yourself you will get both at Spar. My primary focus is technique and preparation, which is great here. The key factor is that actual fighters train here. Don't be intimidated as they tend to train at different hours than general public. Highly recommend if you want to get fit or more importantly learn to fight.

I was referred by a friend of mine. I thought I was just going to another boxing workout class, after being invited by her. Little did I know Spar would change my life. I joined at just the right time. I love the environment! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. The coaches that I have worked with Pierre, Kennan, and Bobby are so professional. They take the time to coach and train you. They are so encouraging, skillful, and critique your form in an encouraging way. I am so happy to be apart of Spar. I am excited to see my body transform, gain endurance, and grow. Whether you are looking to workout, meet new people, or have a therapeutic outlet, Spar is it! Definitely a my safe place to do just that! Sooooo Thank you!!!
