Celebrated my son's 10th b'day here. First (and last) time doing a party with Main Event and it was somewhat different considering experiences like C E cheese and U air.. the assigned party hosts are not as engaged or involved here. She was very polite and helpful, something was just missing in the interaction. The kids only get $10 for play on the game card to start. They run through that which I realize the place has to make it's money but geez. Birthday kids get a 500 point card. The laser tag room needs to be updated. Pizza was greasy. The kids had a great time and that's what's important. I just prefer a little more quality for the buck. For the price there aren't enough perks to do a party package.

Everything was great, lucky that the soccer championship or uefa champions league final was happening. The only issue is that the food takes a while, but other than that, everything is great.

Christian a provided amazing customer service! He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. He was attentive, helpful, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. I was bothering him a bit with my shoe sizes and a lot of questions and he stayed friendly throughout

Main Event was a total vibe! We enjoyed it thoroughly—kids and adults alike had an absolute blast. From pool tables, Lazer tag and bowling to arcade games and the high ropes course, there was nonstop fun for everyone. Such a great place for family time and making memories. Highly recommend! 🎳🎮🙌

Very great service even in the busiest day during summer break. We booked only 1 lane for 10 people but Jae the manager I believe gave us an exceptional service by giving us more lane so we all can play bowling. He is very kind, humble and friendly. We are Very satisfied and Erin our server is very nice.
