These guys are hands down the best folks if you need a survey done. We needed a survey asap being the old one wasn’t good. I contacted Waterloo and the team was on it and literally set it up for us in 2 days! WE also received the new survey via pdf in 2 days. I would give them 10 stars!!⭐️

We had a great experience with Waterloo surveyors! They are quick to respond, and you actually get to speak with someone which is a huge win for me. They were able to complete our survey quickly and have been super responsive on all emails and answering any questions we have had. We recently used Waterloo Surveyors for a survey on a property for a purchase and they did a great job. We really appreciated the good communication from Mr Sullivan regarding delays. Due to the hurricane they were not able to expedite my survey and they gladly returned my expedite payment. Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend Waterloo Surveyors.

I decided to hire the good folks at Waterloo for a survey necessary to apply for a permit needed to replace a driveway. Steve and the guys gave excellent service and made sure that we received exactly what was necessary for our project. It was our 1st time hiring a survey company as we don’t pull permits but did in this case. Stop searching the internet and hire these guys!

Waterloo Surveying has always been a Company that we can count on and have for many years. I’ve used them for my personal needs and for our Real Estate Company’s many projects. They are always courteous and accommodating to communicate with to start the job and the field crew have always been on time, knowledgable, friendly and very thorough with their findings and results.
