I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community always feels safe and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Christina, who truly goes above and beyond. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help with anything you need. From the start, she made the process smooth and stress-free, and she genuinely cares about residents. Her communication is excellent, and she always follows through. Because of Christina, living here has been an even better experience. She is a huge asset to this property, and I couldn’t recommend this apartment community more.

Decent location. A bit old interior but had a nice pool and alright gym. Maintenance was very timely. Now the bad parts: 1. Elevators break down CONSTANTLY. It's not emphasized nearly enough and it will inconvenience your life. Especially when the leasing office/mail room doesn't have stairs access so you have to take the elevator. 2. Bike room got broken into... my bicycle got stolen. Not enough of an emphasis on security here. For a cheaper apartment I would understand but when I was paying 1850 for a 1 bed 1 bath unit, I would expect better. 3. On those lines... cars got broken into in thsi apartment's garage. Overall, I think it's just okay. But given the pricing, I would expect better. Instead of monthly apartment events, I would advise the apartment management to focus more on better elevator repairs and improved security measures.

From day one, my experience here has been nothing but positive. The price is fair, the area is great, and there is always something to do nearby — restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more all within easy reach. The location truly makes everyday life convenient and enjoyable. What really sets Sync City Center apart is how much they genuinely take care of their residents. They consistently go the extra mile — from hosting holiday events and seasonal activities throughout the year to thoughtful touches like the gift-wrapping station during the holidays. They also have an amazing hot chocolate, cappuccino, and latte station that’s available year-round, but it feels extra special during the holidays. Being able to grab a warm drink during the season really adds to the cozy, festive atmosphere and makes you feel appreciated as a resident. The community feels safe, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the staff truly cares about creating a positive living experience. I honestly have no complaints — it’s been a great place to live, and I’m very happy here. Highly recommend Sync City Center to anyone looking for a place that feels like home and truly values its residents!

I really enjoy living here! The location is perfect, and the community feels great. The best part is Cristina, the apartment manager—she’s amazing! Always super helpful, friendly, and ready to solve any problem with a smile. The maintenance team is also awesome and quick to respond. The only downside is the elevators. They’re out of service way too often, and it can be a real hassle. Honestly, if the elevator situation got fixed, this place would be unbeatable.

Elevators are always broken here. They’ll “fix” them, but it’s only temporary before they stop working again. Management will tell you to use the other elevators, but those are a gamble as well because they go out constantly too. For what we pay in rent, this is unacceptable and needs a permanent fix. I’ve lived in many apartment buildings so I understand elevators go out every now and then but never experienced an elevator outage this severe. This has become a daily thing. I’ve even witnessed someone getting stuck in an elevator here. I kid you not as I’m writing this review another elevator just went down. So all elevators are not working. Other than that leasing agents are nice and the property is beautiful. Nice solid walls so you don’t hear your neighbors. Also maintenance is fast when you put in a request.
