The kitchen staff is clearly on point. I ordered some food to my room and it was plated beautifully and the woman who delivered it was very friendly and helpful. The pool was also very clean. The room wasn't perfect, because the sheets weren't very comfortable but it was well stocked with water, coffee, and toiletries. The shower was also very clean. I give it 4 stars because the fitness center has some machines that didn't work, and it could be more spacious. But for the price it was definitely worth it. I only paid 70 bucks. Plus the food.

Nice clean rooms. Parking was easy. The lobby was nice and clean. The front desk service people were friendly. The check-in process was super easy and fast. The security guard was on duty all night roaming the floors to make sure the area was safe. The pool looked clean from what I could see from my room but I believe it was closed at that time of night. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel for a night. Looks a bit dark and some of the lighting doesn’t work in the parking lot. Doesn’t feel secure on the grounds and the back door seems to never lock. It was great when we were visiting often a year or two ago, but now I fear the quality has gone done. Didn’t feel like the room was cleaned properly either. Found several items from previous tenants in the room still. Good for just a short last minute stay like we needed, but not necessarily for to special of an occasion. Customer service was good. No real major issues.

This hotel was terrible. We stayed for our anniversary and knew that it was going to be a bad experience from the moment we checked in. The lines at the front desk were extremely long and it took about 45 minutes for us to check-in although we had already paid ahead and reserved a room. The elevators were smelly and dirty. The maids were still cleaning our rooms when we went up to put our bags down. They did not do such a great job because there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The surrounding neighborhood is not the greatest (but that didn't bother us much). The walls were extremely thin...you could hear full conversations and sexual activities loud and clear. The housekeeping staff did not bring us any towels the next day. We asked the front desk (long line again), tried calling (no answer), and spoke directly with the housekeeping staff. We were assured we would get new towels. We did not get any new towels the entire stay. We bought our own. Worst hotel experience I have ever had - this should be a 1 or 2 star hotel at best.

They sent me an email prior to my arrival asking if I needed anything specific.. I asked them for a playpen or bassinet (they advertise on their site that they offer this) and extra towels in my room ...when I checked in I had neither. What's the point of asking? The indoor pool was not that great...the water temperature was good but it was freezing in the pool room. Cold enough to catch a flu or a cold. They didn't clean the room until late the following day. No mini fridge or microwave. The security guard in the parking lot stood around and did a lot of chit chatting instead of securing. Location of hotel isn't as close to fun as I would of liked it took 15 min or longer to get to somewhere fun. Restroom was nice. Staff was nice. Overall will not stay here again.
