Wow! Just wow! We booked over the phone and were told the room had “two queen beds”. We arrived to have two beds slightly larger than a twin…I wouldn’t even say they were double beds. They were not large enough to accommodate 4 adults. We pivoted and agreed to a king room because “there would be a pullout sofa” for the same price (no concession was made by the hotel). BUT NO PULLOUT. Hotel would not refund us and manager never responded to staff and the MOD was said “not to know the system”. Saturday night 11pm and here we are. We wound up having to take two rooms again with no concession. Fast forward, next day…we returned to the rooms just as we left them. Had to stand in line for fresh linens because you have to “schedule service”. This hotel is not ran like a Wyndham. I travel quite a bit and have never been met with such deception, unprofessionalism and just not hitting the mark at all. Talk about deceptive and evasive business practices. If you can get a room for $50/night… go ahead otherwise stay elsewhere.

Part of this property is an old partially renovated motel. The plumbing has not been updated. There was very minimal parking. The hotel was selling parking spots for $60 a car for people going up the rodeo. The beds were cozy. This is NOT a $500 hotel room!!!!!

It all starts with price gouging for an event, the hotel was completely over priced. Then we arrive to be charged another 40$ on top of the reservation for parking only to not even be able to find parking because instead of caring for the guest actually staying there, the hotel decide to sell their parking spots to the public. Next the rooms and the hallways smelled awful like mildew, and the room we had literally was cracked in many spots on the roof and walls as if it's structural integrity was not going to last much longer, lastly and seems like the smallest inconvenience but definitely was very inconvenient was showing back up to the room after a long night at the bbq competition and realizing we don't even have a shower curtain or towels in the room. 100% never staying here again and highly don't recommend this place to anyone else.

The lobby is nice and there is a bar & some food options. That's always a plus. Other than that the rooms are old and run down. Towels and bed sheets have some stains which is gross. The TV has lines running thru it. See pictures. The only way this place can charge $200+ a night is Location, Location, Location! Not sure how this place got 3 stars, that is generous.

Everything was good the rooms nice location perfect but no a/c so I had to move to the sister hotel not just rooms but entire hotels instead of being upfront and saying the ac isn’t working properly I was told if the room isn’t cool enough I can move then I go 2 the windgate behind the Wyndham where one elevator was broken so I literally had to walk all the way around the place looking for the second one and then the second one is broke when I get back to the room at 10p.m so I search for stairs only to find out the door handle is ripped off the 3floor stair door so I couldnt even get to my floor only after returning to the desk to ask for help getting to my floor was I informed of a second stair way. Seriously at least tell us the elevators are broken and clearly place markers to find the stairs. And lastly once I finally get to my room thinking I’m going to enjoy some tv no cable this is seriously ridiculous. Both hotels seriously need maintenance this is my first stay after become a rewards member and I’ll probably just go back to ihg rewards it’s a lil more cash per stay but goodness these hotels are run down.
