First room smelled like mold, I was feeling sick after 15 mins. They put me in another room, the shower didn't work. Then the shower knob was stuck. The elevator did not work. The AC would not turn off or adjust, it was freezing the whole night. The bed was hard as a rock. This was by far the most miserable experience I've ever had with a hotel. The company hosting a conference paid for all our rooms, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Everyone else I talked to, shared the same disappointment. I do not know how this place stays in business. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The only thing keeping this hotel in business is its proximity to NRG stadium. The hotel is dated. It was probably great in the 70’s. That’s the last time it looks like it was updated. Rating should really be a 2 ⭐️

The day I checked in there was no power so the elevators weren't working and that power issue i assumed extended to the water issues. There was no hot water the entire stay and because of that, there wasn't enough water pressure to run the showers. Also the mini fridge broke and front desk said someone would come to look but no one ever did. The only redeeming quality was that it was a close walk to the NRG Stadium! My kids even said this is the worst hotel they have stayed at. There was some nice and patient staff though and they seem to keep a somewhat positive attitude considering how man complains they were getting. Even breakfast lady let my two little kids eat free . All in all if they had hot water and power this would of been a decent stay. Prob would of rated it 3.5 maybe 4 stars, but because of my experience I gave it 1

I usually do not leave a review when travel. However this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I stayed here over the weekend and was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the accommodations. The rooms were stale and dingy. I booked a room that overlooked the pool. The windows were dirty with mildew stains. The “ Rooftop view” was also dirty with mildew stains, and filthy towels left behind, I am assuming from prior repairs. I complained and was changed to another room which was a little better, but still bad. I had to Lysol everything before touching. The TV did not work. I was told the cable company had to come and fix because other rooms were affected as well. The sofa bed was from 1960, and was dingy as well. The room had an overall mildew smell. It improved after spraying the Lysol, but the next day the smell returned. The swimming pool was cloudy to partly fair in appearance, just horrible. Half way through my reservation I decided to leave because a MOUSE, yes MOUSE ran across the bedroom dresser. I have never experienced a hotel like this. It was simply horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Please see attached photos.

Older hotel that has changed names several times. Lobby has strong scent of air freshener to mask what may have been water damage. Great location, but needs serious upgrades.
