⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic ExtendStay! I’ve been at WoodSpring Suites Houston Northwest for almost two months, and it’s honestly been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The beds are incredibly soft and comfortable, the rooms have tons of storage, a full fridge, dishwasher, and a cozy apartment feel. If you have dogs, this place is perfect—lots of grassy areas, fields to walk in, and they even provide poop bags. The staff is amazing. Every single person is friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. Assistant manager Megan is especially wonderful—always positive and great at her job. The front desk ladies are super sweet, too. I love that they don’t rush you at checkout, and their late-fee policy is surprisingly generous—only $10 at noon and another $10 at 5 PM. Very rare and very appreciated. The hotel is clean and feels safe, with no issues during my stay. They don’t have daily housekeeping, but they’ll wash and fold your linens for just a few dollars, which works perfectly. The only small downside is the location—it’s a bit awkward with only one way in—but everything else more than makes up for it. Prices are great, the hotel is comfortable, and it’s perfect for anyone needing a budget-friendly long-term stay. Highly recommend!

I'd like to give more than 5 stars. Better services. Very clean and neat room. Well maintenance. Coined washer and dryer machines on sites. Highly recommended.

Like this location Hallways smell a lot like cigarettes Extremely small amount of roaches but this is very common for places where people temporarily stay. They didn't want to extend my stay because I decorated my room window with Christmas decorations. Did like how they saved my stuff that I forgot in my room after we checked out.

I’m honestly really hurt and disappointed by how I was treated when trying to call this hotel. I’ve been calling just to reach someone staying there, and instead of being helped or even spoken to kindly, I was hung up on, put on hold for long periods, or told to call back with attitude. It left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. I completely understand that hotels have policies, but the way people speak to you still matters. I wasn’t calling to cause problems — I was simply trying to reach someone I care about. I hope management takes this seriously, because no one deserves to be treated that way when they’re just asking for basic courtesy. Some of the ladies were very polite and had no problem but 3 of those ladies was very rude told me to call back and hung up before they answered it very disrespectful.

Edit: It's now officially my first morning here, the walls are not soundproof, I can hear kids crying down a few doors and next door as well for over an hour now. (Their parents are trying to console them) People were smoking in their cars all night keeping up loud conversations. I wish I could post the pictures of this nightmare I'm living in real time. The front desk lady was nice and she let me check in a little early. They need to invest in automatic doors in the entry and exits, the doors are heavy to open and difficult when you have multiple suitcases. The carpet in the halls need shampooing bad. As soon as I entered my room, the sink was full of hair. I went to the nearest HEB and purchased cleaning products. The bed frame seems like its made from recycled tin cans, the sheets have pet hair on them. There was a full on search by police in the parking lot in someones car, some people were arrested. As soon as I lay down for bed roaches came out running around. Im here for two nights and I'm ready to leave.
