My stay at this hotel was frustrating from start to finish. When I checked in, the front desk staff didn't run my card, they still gave me my room key and sent me on my way. Then at 11 PM I received a call saying there was an error and they needed to deal with the payment after the fact. Getting a call that late about something that should have been handled at check-in was inconvenient and unprofessional. The problems didn’t stop there. The elevator is painfully slow, which made going up and down the building a hassle every time I needed to leave my room. To make matters worse, when I asked for fresh towels, I was told that I needed to bring my used towels down myself so they could be washed instead of simply providing clean ones. I’ve never experienced that at a hotel before. Basic service like fresh towels shouldn’t require guests to do the hotel’s laundry logistics. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inconvenient. Between the late-night call about their payment error, the slow elevator, and the unusual towel policy, the stay was far from comfortable. I expected much better service and basic hospitality standards.

I am 72 yr old woman who they kicked out after 15 months. The reason was because I kicked someone out of roomand had not been down to let her know. I kicked him out after hours and she was at my door at 9 a.m., when window opens, and banging saying you have to leave. The guy i kicked out was sleeping under the stairs 9 a.m. shes knocking I had every inyention of notifying her as soon as i cpuld get down there. There is a man that lives there that is a racist and took pictures of the guy sleeping under stairs and sent to Mgr. Thats when she was at my door. He wayches people. Stares at them and then if ypu sneeze wrong he istelling her. Lord forbid there is a stabbing going on with a girl screamingher lungs out and you call the police for help. Tjat is a big no no. If you call police, you are kicked out. Thank the good Lord a woman stepped out of her room and sprayed the attacker with mace. A family had on camera someone pouring bleach in her colored clothes in a machine She called police and was kicked out. You best not call police. She doesnt want that rep around her hotel. It is full of drug users and used syringes around. I was there 15 months and know about this place. Derek at the desk is the only decent person and realizes all. Dog poo everywhere. The dumpsyer overflows, roaches, nonworking and gross appliances The only reason i had not left was age and cost The mgr told me she was busy and not talking anymore about it. She thinks she is above everyone Elevator does not work half the time. Not easy doing steps at 72 yrs old It was the Lordthat it happened. Happier, cleaner, great staff where i ended up A few dollarsmore but well worth it Ifyou ever go there, beware of John. The man that stares at people, takes

7.5/10 Highly recommend. Convenient location, right next to FM 1960 and 249. Big parking lot, with handicap spaces, it’s next to some medium sized grass areas so if you need to take your dog out to go potty, theres plenty of grass space to walk your dog. It’s nearby plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and across 249 from Kroger. It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. No homeless hanging outside or anything, it’s pretty quiet.

I've stayed here twice and both rooms were great for what they are. It's clean and smells nice when you first arrive. Nothing's trashy or broken. Obviously it's not a luxury hotel but if you've stayed at places like this before you know how bad some can be. The staff here is cool too. They're helpful and nice. Seems like customer service matters to them (again, not super common in extended stays lol). Overall 4.5/5. No complaints. Would stay again.
