I've stayed here twice and both rooms were great for what they are. It's clean and smells nice when you first arrive. Nothing's trashy or broken. Obviously it's not a luxury hotel but if you've stayed at places like this before you know how bad some can be. The staff here is cool too. They're helpful and nice. Seems like customer service matters to them (again, not super common in extended stays lol). Overall 4.5/5. No complaints. Would stay again.

Been here going on 2 Months . And honestly I can't complain. Front Desk is Amazing!! S/ O to Mandy and Esmeralda and Mikaa they all have made my stay alot easier and comfortable. Also the Housekeepers they are always on point even down to the Linen . Thanks to all Woodsprings staff.plus affordable suites !👍 🤡

When we arrived no one was at front desk to begin. We waited 5-10 min finally a lady showed up and was not friendly at all ( with an attitude ). She proceeded to get us checked in and gave us our key. We enter hallways and they smell was horrible (combination of marijuana, pet, cigarette and wet carpet/ humid smell). When we went into room, the smell was even stronger in room and once we saw roaches crawling in room, we decided to leave. When we went to front desk to tell her we were leaving and turn in key for those reasons. She responded ( what do you expect when you pay for a room that cheap ). We were extremely shocked that those words came out of her mouth. As we were walking out she mumbled that next time we should pay more somewhere else. We will never ever go there or recommend it to anyone.

I really like it. I have lived here for 3 months. Staff is great. Just wish they would move my upstairs neighbors as at least 4 times a day, for 15 months or so, they move furniture, slam the furniture on the floor, run back and forth and jump on the floor. Sometimes it's during quiet hours 10pm-7am. I have complained several times, but it doesn't stop and the people haven't at least been moved to the first floor

This is a terrible hotel They didn’t let me check in at 3 told me to come back in an hour the room had no pressure in the shower and they refused to move me rooms and by 1030 they wanted me out they didn’t allow me a late check out. They came back every five minutes having attitude that I hadn’t left the room. Terrible service
