The staff are phenomenal! Kisha and Tracy are very helpful and caring . Melissa and Kiera are just as amazing . Love staying here very clean and safe environment , Alberto does a amazing job making sure maintenance in the hotel is up to part !

The Manager Tracy was nice, but everything else was just terrible. Within 10 minutes of being there, I witnessed a school bus drop off a kid (that lives there), and proceed to pee on the front of the building, right next to the entrance. Coupled with the copious amounts of marijuana smokers in the back parking lot and the smell of cat-pee in my room, I just couldn't do it. I didn't even get a refund because of the policy, but proceeded to stay somewhere else because staying here was NOT an option, at least until they push our the permanent residents and renovate the building. Not kid friendly even in the slightest...

The Wi-Fi here sucks . They are using a company called Broad Band. The customer service sucks. The issues are never fixed. When you pay for a higher speed you still get the same speed. It's a rip off!
