The key cards didn't work but it was easy to get in touch with someone to get back in the room. Room was clean on arrival. Very basic extended stay rooms. Nothing fancy but nothing missing either. Located right off the interstate so there is some noise. Some of the guests are loud but that's during the day. Generally quiet in the evening. Easy to get to but hard to get out of especially when leaving during the morning or evening rush.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to say something. When I got to the hotel, Toya/Coco was working at the front desk. She didn’t seem happy to be there and wasn’t very friendly. She barely looked at me and acted like helping me was a hassle. I asked about parking, and she just sighed and gave me a short answer that didn’t really help. The whole check-in felt rushed and kind of cold. I get that people have bad days, but in a hotel, being nice should be part of the job. That said, the rest of the staff were great. Rocky and Suni were very friendly and helpful. They were very professional and made the remainder of my stay worthwhile. I give those two 4 stars. It’s just a shame that my first interaction with Toya wasn’t a good one. Hopefully this will change in the future but this will be my first and last time staying here.

My wife and I moved from Nevada to Texas earlier this year and this is the first time we stayed at Woodspring and also our first time staying at a hotel for long term stay. When we came here, it was under different management and I don't want to go into details & repeat what other reviews have said. I can summarize it in one sentence: it badly needed new management. Then the hotel finally got a new management under General Manager Eryss. Big change. All good. From chaos to order, a manager who takes seriously the needs of the guests from TV to internet, etc, something that would help guests have great experience during their stay. We really appreciate the new management. We appreciate how Eryss transformed the hotel as we witness the old and the new and without a doubt, we like the new management.

Don’t come here unless it’s last resort! the staff is okay but in terms of if the maintenance of This property ( and I’ve stayed at two others) is absolutely bottom of the barrel! No hot water AND IT’S NOT HOT IT’S LUKE WARM, the elevator never works, got trapped in it today. We can’t access our rooms unless the staff comes to let us in and that’s an inconvenience for everyone including the staff. And I’m not sure what they use to clean the hall carpets with but get a new regime because it stinks worse than it already does here. I’m not sure who controls the maintenance of this building but they need to be replaced asap!!!

Refund Promised, Then Denied: STAY AWAY from this WoodSpring Suites location while it is under the current management. I booked an extended stay (seven days) at this location. Due to a personal emergency, I had to check out after only one night. The front desk staff advised me to call the manager, Eryss, to process the partial refund for the six unused nights. The Promise: Upon speaking with Manager Eryss, she confirmed that this was standard procedure and personally assured me that a full refund for the six unused days would be processed and reflect in my account within three days. I have notes and confirmation of this conversation and agreement. The Denial: After three days passed without a refund, and then a full week, I called the hotel again. I was then told by a different staff member that no manager named Eryss existed, that no conversation about a refund ever took place, and that the hotel has a strict "no refund" policy regardless of the paperwork and notes logged under my name. This is not only extremely poor customer service but also an attempt to deceive customers into forfeiting funds promised by their own management staff. The shift from friendly, helpful assistance to complete denial and gaslighting shows that the current team is dishonest and untrustworthy. Warning to Future Customers: Be extremely wary of any extended stay booking here. If you need to change your plans for any reason, you risk losing your money, being lied to, and being told that prior agreements made by management never occurred. I sincerely hope the owners address this deceitful management team soon.
