I strongly urge anyone considering this property to stay far away. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in on April 8, 2026, and within less than 24 hours, I killed around 80 roaches in my room. This was not a minor issue—this was a full-blown infestation. On April 9, I went straight to the office and reported it to the property manager. I also requested a refund due to the completely unlivable conditions, and I was told flat out that no refund would be given. The manager said she would bring roach spray the next morning. That never happened. No follow-up, no urgency, no accountability. I ended up having to go out and buy my own bug spray just to make the room somewhat tolerable—something no paying guest should ever have to do. I have documentation to prove it. Over the course of my stay, I killed well over 300 roaches. Let that sink in. This place is clearly infested, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable from a health and sanitation standpoint. What’s even worse is the lack of responsibility. Instead of addressing the issue or making it right, management brushed it off and refused to offer any kind of resolution. This place is filthy, unprofessional, and not safe to stay in. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. No one should have to deal with conditions like this.

Don’t come here unless it’s last resort! the staff is okay but in terms of if the maintenance of This property ( and I’ve stayed at two others) is absolutely bottom of the barrel! No hot water AND IT’S NOT HOT IT’S LUKE WARM, the elevator never works, got trapped in it today. We can’t access our rooms unless the staff comes to let us in and that’s an inconvenience for everyone including the staff. And I’m not sure what they use to clean the hall carpets with but get a new regime because it stinks worse than it already does here. I’m not sure who controls the maintenance of this building but they need to be replaced asap!!!

It's truly pretty friendly while being a very clean place to stay. Don't expect it to be swanky at the excellent price, but it's clean and comfortable and in an ideal location. The lady that checked me in did so with a smile and a blessing... it was free and welcomed by me.

So i don't do review but I had to do this one in the past 3 days the new GM kix out. 8 family and 5 works she's not Giving any warnings or nothing just kicking them out she kicked me and my family out because my dishes wasn't watched i just get done cooking she kick the worker out because he had too much beer Cans laying around when he didn't it she's not communicating with anyone just doing what she wants What she's doing is all wrong. I'm highly disappointed because I lived there for a year never been treated like this anywhere else. I stayed and I keep my money and wouldn't reimburse the money that's sad I have a family
