Pretty bad for the price honestly. My room had no refrigerator or microwave. The breakfast was inedible and they didn’t restock if they ran out of something also the lobby/breakfast area was like 40 degrees (freezing cold) because the door that went out to the pool area didn’t seal at all there was a huge gap, the AC in our room was rattling and squeaking so loud we had to kick it to get it to be more quiet every time it came back on. The website says they have a hot tub and they don’t. The website says they have a balcony but the door is sealed shut so you can’t even go on it. Also the elevators were broken so we had to use the stairs to the 3rd floor. Our room had stained carpet and no lightbulbs in some of the lamps also the walls looked they hadn’t finished painting them or something, and they only gave us 2 bath towels and floor towel nothing to dry our hands off with and no hand soap. Then to top it all off tons of peoples cars got broken into in the parking lot. I will not be staying here again.

My friends and I had stayed here for the convention at NRG stadium. In my boyfriend and I room it was fine just the cooling was wonky. In our friends room across the hall they saw a roach. To add on it says there’s free hot breakfast which you think means everyday. WRONG. There was only one day with hot breakfast. Other days you’re lucky if you even get milk for the cereal. Will be letting friends know not to come here for our next trip

Mid hotel. The shower had a nasty looking build up. The breakfast was horrible and very basic. Just digusting eggs only edible with the sausage and a handful of cereal and muffins. It is super close to the NGR stadium which was fantastic however most of the elevators were broken and that was inconvenient. Would definitely stay there again. You get what you pay for and overall satisfied.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel but was close to where we needed to be. Was probably a very nice hotel at one time. Breakfast was a joke. Definitely needs a lot things worked on but wasn't as bad as some other places. It was quiet though.

Its an ok hotel to stay at if you have no where else. Definitely wouldn't be my 1st or 2nd choice. As a man I wouldn't stay here with my wife and kids. Before I forget the breakfast here is horrible. The guy that puts out the breakfast is also the security guard. Hallways smell like smoke. Place is not as sanitary as it should be. I think its due to the abundant of out dated things throughout this place. One small example. Toilet seat is has chunk chipped off. I know the laminate part you can wipe clean but the wood beneath it that is showing you cant .
